Residence Inn Long Island East End

I always choose this hotel and absolutely love it here. Needless to say I definitely will be staying here again. My children, husband and I just love it, from the pool to the beds to the gym area to the numerous lounge areas to the complementary breakfast. Which may I also say that the breakfast is amazing and they offer a huge variety of breakfast foods that all are very delicious...

2年ぶりの訪問でした。変わらず、フロントの対応、部屋のクリンネス、最高でした。朝食もテイクアウト用の食器が沢山ありストレスなく利用出来ました。唯一ハンドタオルが無く、フェイスタオルも1枚しかありませんでした。こんなことは初めてです。しかしながらそれ以外は完璧でしたので、また利用させて頂きます。

Place was super clean and very nice. Only thing was the bed was like sleeping on a rock :/

I was very surprised to see the suite as advertised. It was very comfortable except for the pull out couch. That was very uncomfortable. I can’t see well so figuring out which was shampo, conditioner or body soap was difficult. Maybe something can be done with putting stickers on each bottle. The next time I stay here I will bring food as the kitchen was more then suitable.

STAY AWAY!! Smells like rotting fish, dishwasher flooded my kitchentte, housekeeping is one woman it seems for the entire place, can’t even get extra towels without tracking down somebody after seeing my call in hold as he ignores us both. Come on. A MILLION CHEAPER BETTER PLACES THIS IS A NIGH**ARE WITH FRESH PAINt! Just a catastrophe of errors that made it so unbelievable I want a full refund. The staff is non existent they have really young kids alone at the front desk obviously undertrained. Probably underpaid too. I tried many times without even a call back from anyone in management.

It was a perfect little staycation. The hotel was spotless. Staff was very nice and helpful. The only disappointing thing was the restaurant was not open due to staffing reasons. But luckily they were right near the outlets and not far from town, so finding a restaurant wasnt hard.

Always enjoy our stay at Residence but this time it was not as clean as usual and the service slow but overall it’s a nice hotel and we would definitely return.

Except for the issue with the room keys (computer problem) everything was great. Super friendly staff and super clean rooms. I would recommend this place to anyone.

The hand soap and body lotion were minimal and had to request more for two people. Surprised to learn that your bed will not be made each day for you. Everything else was above being ordinary.
