Very clean the The service was great

Had a very easy, pleasant check in. The woman at the front desk was one of the friendliest we've come in contact with during our trip where we stayed in 5 different hotels. Everything was clean and she gave me the extra bedding needed for the pull out sofa bed. We loved the room and the breakfast was also great. I couldn't imagine it being better. The pool was apparently closed but we didn't need to use it anyway and wouldn't have had time. After check out we were on the road and the next days front desk staff told me I left my camera. The housekeeper turned it in immediately and we only wasted a half hour bc of my mistake. My camera means a lot to me and is very expensive. No way could I have replaced it so I'm extremely grateful for their honesty and integrity as well. All locations could take a lesson.

The walls are thin in this hotel, I could hear people coughing and sneezing. The bathroom light is connected to the obnoxiously loud bathroom fan, so if someone needs light, that fan has to come on. You can hear fans in other people’s rooms running they’re so loud, sounds like a jet engine. Also you have to pay a $150 deposit at time of check in, apparently because they recently updated the rooms so incase there’s damage, but our room had paint missing off the toilet handle and a chipped mirror already, which I had them note. Overall I wouldn’t ever stay here again, didn’t sleep but a few hours because of all the noise.

Breakfast was OK pancake machine was out of order, no microwave to heat up your food, if you’d like it hot/hotter… this is the third time I’ve booked through ******* and all three times I was given a handicap room no bathtub it feels like I’m getting the leftovers/or something they can’t give it to someone else…

It was okay! However, the sheets had a stain on them which appeared to be from someone else! I brought it up to housing keeping and they informed me to tell the front desk! The breakfast was a let down, not what I expected!

They put me in a Handicap room which smelled, really, really bad. Didn’t enjoy my stay at all. I wanted to ask for a refund. I might still.

Had to ask for the room to re cleaned as it wasnt cleaned before roomed but over all super nice staff helpful nice place to stay

The staff was totally helpfull!... primarily the gal named sherry, she was very polite, and proffessional, i will totally recomend staying at this hotel, everything, was perfect!.. thank you, so much!...
