離機場近，孩子到機場晚了都會住在那裡，房間也算乾淨，床比較大，就是提前定比入住當天定貴了快200塊錢了

The hotel is currently under renovation and the hallway was a mess, filled with building materials and the carpet was filthy; however our room was clean and refurbished. Beds and pillows were comfortable. The breakfast was just fair. The staff was very helpful. I think once they get the renovation completed it will be more enjoyable. I wish the breakfast was better - they had a pancake machine but it was broken. Scrambled eggs had no taste. I would stay again.

We stayed one night after a long day of traveling. We arrived at the airport after midnight. We made a simple phone call after picking up our baggage, and the driver came to pick us up and transport us to the hotel. Very friendly and efficient service. The hotel rooms are newly renovated and of excellent quality, Clean and bright with modern fixtures in the bathroom. Breakfast was very good. Overall a very comfortable stay.

I liked the chaise lounge instead of the usual uncomfortable chairs. The bathroom ceiling fan cover was missing. Extra pillows and blankets in the room would have been nice. The toilet paper was see through and rough!! I didn't mind not having the sample sized toiletries but I didn't like that others could access what was inside the bulk containers. The staff were very accommodating and friendly at check in!

The hotel was under construction. We checked onto a room and it had a broken air conditioner. Wires hanging out and cover broken off. We went to thr front desk clerk who informed that room was already reported and should not have been assigned. We had to move to another floor. The pool area door was propped with towels. Some guests moved the door wedge and we were all locked in the pool room until staff opened the doors leading outside. The locks to the doors were malfunctioning.

Hall carpet dirty, muddy, pieces of broken glass from construction. Fitness room closed. Construction until 9 p.m. next door. Noisy, banging, talking from construction. Front desk rude, unresponsive. Called ahead for baby crib to confirm a week before. Told at checkin it would be delivered. Had to go to front desk twice to ask again. Crib delivered with no blanket or bedding. Had to call again. Baby asleep in bed. Woken by construction, again by crib delivery.

They did not have the type of room that we booked available, and said they could do nothing for us because we booked through **********, in spite of ********** "guaranteeing" our room. Staff on site insisted that all rooms were the same price, but our room was $25 more expensive on **********, and no way to redeem or get a refund for that.

This place was disgusting ! The place is under construction. They should not be renting out rooms. Everything is dirty and dusty. The ceiling in the bathroom was falling down. While we were sleeping there was someone drilling and banging on the floor above us. The power went out intermittently. The staff had no clue and no control over what was happening. Our room door didn't even lock. Only the security bar on the inside worked. Worst place ever. Total rip off.

When I got home and finally got the bill. I was charged for something I never used or did. Got there late at night. Showered and went to bed. Got up and left at 5:30am. Didn't get free breakfast, or anything else. They charged my card for x.xx for what a shower??? never again will use any of their hotel chains.

Transportation from train station had issues, Driver refused to take me a 71 year old woman, second driver didnt like being told how unhappy grandson was about being left at an empty station @11 pm and put us out of the van on the road, i had to beg and get upset before he agreed to finally let us back in the van.

Shuttle to airport was perfect! At 4 in the morning, the shuttle was ready and waiting for us!! It made our travel so much easier! The room was clean, beds very comfortable and it made our stay perfect before our trip!

Carpets are dirty, the hotel and rooms smell horrible. We were unable to get our complimentary breakfast after waiting over 30 mintes as they were unable to keep up. At 9 they decided to stop serving food. There was zero coffee, staff never at front desk to assist.

Property under renovations. First floor rooms should not be rented. They are disgusting. Ownership should shut down first floor and only keep third floor which had a light renovation. Second floor being renovated now. Only the new room were clean. Staff was very nice.
