El servicio es regular; no hay Bell Boy; no había silla para el escritorio en la habitación; la habitación esta sucia. No hay un aparato telefónico par llamar a recepción y/o servicio a cuartos., tuve que hablarles usando mi celular. ＞En reseumen, bastante deficiente!!
además no me trataron como Gold de ******* (VIP)

Ahora si tuvimos inconvenientes co. Las instalaciones, no hubo TV ni internet desde las 9 de la noche aproximadamente y lo peor es que por la mañana no hubo agua caliente para el baño y tuvo que ser con agua fría. Malestar en general de las 4 habitaciones reservadas. Aunque el personal fue amable solo se disculpó diciendo que fue falla general en el hotel en ambos casos.

Las habitaciones muy bien, pero el personal mucjo que desear, no te ayudan con maletas ni nada, aun que te vean batallando solo se te quedan viendo. En la habitacion hubo un ruido constante que zumbaba la cabeza.

Muy cerca del aeropuerto, basta con que agendes tu transporte y ellos te llevan a él. Si vas por negocios o trabajo es una buena opción, por placer, me parece que es lejos del centro. El hotel muy limpio y cómodo.

Agradable. Solo la llegada me hicieron esperar aprox 20 y no me dieron camas Queen sino matrimonial. Ademas me negaban el desayuno hasta que verificaron que ya estaba incluido en el pago.

Le falta mantenimiento al edificio y habitaciones. Totalmente austero que no corresponde a la imagen que dan a través de fotografías. El personal es amable pero se superado por personal de otros hoteles vecinos. El gimnasio incompleto y los equipos no funcionan correctamente. Lo peor es que las sábanas no estaban bien lavadas. Tenían manchas, de dos camas no se hizo una donde pudiera dormir cómoda por falta de sábanas realmente limpias. Y las toallas percudidas y viejas/rasposas. Sinceramente no pienso volver jamás.

Perfecta ubicación para cuando tienes vuelo en conexión. El servicio del personal muy bueno, salvo se solicitaron 2 toallas adicionales ya que éramos 4 y nunca las llevaron. En general como y limpio pero los colchones son suaves pero al dormir se sumen y no es tan cómodo. En general bien
