很棒的服務。優越的地理位置。很棒的早餐,甚至在1621餐廳的品嚐菜單!!強烈推薦。禮賓部Gabriel非常有幫助。他與Roco建立了個人步行和駕駛導遊。爲了對整個城市進行一次愉快的遊覽,非常值得。行李員大衛同樣友好,並參觀了酒店,並解釋了它的歷史。

This my 8th time here since my bday 2021 and my 3rd birthday so I’m quite familiar w the hotel and staff. I truly enjoy all the amenities, location , ample parking , sauna and steam …on site spa…Yada yada yada. I had a problem last year and mgmt stepped up and went above and beyond to make me feel special. This time they had a convention and wound up giving away my reserved room ( I booked my flight 23 Nov 2023 soooo I’m positive I booked the hotel same day). Naturally they gave me the “corporate “ response but I was calm and insistent that I wanted equal or better to my first and only choice ( I’ve had the same executive suite all 8 stays ). I’d like to send a very special shout out and super big thanks to Valentina who I just met and to my buds Eduardo and Rafael for taking the extra time and patience to find me an even better choice….now I’m spoiled and canNOT go back to the regular exec suite, I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again; treat people w respect and it’ll come back tenfold and it’s people like those three that make the difference, not AI or Sr mgmt…the people on the front line. Thanks for continuing to make one guy feel special

酒店就在海邊，過馬路就是沙灘，樓下有商場很熱鬧。 走到酒店背麪就很多餐館還有路邊攤，當然買的wayuu包什麼都是假貨了，材料不一樣。 保安小哥還指點我去一家正規的店換錢。 早餐也不錯。 去的時候正好什麼保護珊瑚的會議，好多人。

我們在Radiason酒店內的公寓裏住了4晚。沒關係,一切都很好。屋頂的spa不適合孩子,非常基本的游泳池在晚上8:00關閉,這令人失望,因爲我和我的兒子一起旅行。許多周圍的建築都有更好的游泳池和更豪華的基礎設施,以相同的價格點。我們很遺憾在這裏預訂。它確實,但是行李員提供了良好的服務,我們能夠在簽出後和飛行前將行李箱安全地放在安全的地方,這得到了讚賞。它比我們預期的更靠近Centro和Bocagrande。它是安全的。晚上有點吵,菜單有限(沒有軟飲料)。食物還可以。天花板的一部分落在梯田上煮早餐的工人身上。預計飛機和後面的高速公路會發出噪音。

We had breakfast at the restaurant everyday during our stay and the staff was was helpful and accommodating. Moises was our server and was very friendly and attentive and made sure we had everything we needed.

10年前第一次來CARTAGENA時就住的這家老5星酒店，印象非常好，尤其是對庭院式布局，游泳池和邊上的餐廳。 上午10點左右就到達了，從北京出發算已經經過了28小時飛行和轉機，實在疲倦的不想再等到下午3點入住(上的洲際就為了提前入住收了50美元)，做好了加價提前入住的打算；前台說房間已經可以住了，並且同意把最後一天的早餐提前到當天，實在非常的難得，感謝! 前台，餐廳和各種服務都很周到，雖然房間顯得老點，還是覺得物超所值!

酒店對家庭和夫婦來說是很棒的,對孩子們來說有多樣的遊戲,也可以使用旁邊的酒店,屬於同一個老闆的海塔游泳池。海塔10樓有無限度池,超推。服務很棒,從遊說隊員、餐廳、廚師、園丁。這是一個美好的體驗。 對於海灘,酒店提供子和,但每天要爲此付費50.000 COP(12USD 約)。 一切都很乾淨。它在平靜的地,如果你想要放鬆,享受游泳池、陽光和海灘。 早餐的自助式早餐也令人目的,包括大量的哥倫比亞和外國餐品。 他肯定會回來。
