Best place I have ever been! I had the chance to ENJOY the beautiful views this hotel offered of the volcano’s horizon. I don’t know how many pictures I took from them and I was very happy to have 2 clear and sunny days, because the views were spectacular. Service was very nice and rooms had a designed that looks very natural but the walls in the hotel… OMG! I loved that they were painted in a clear natural color and many of them had verses of poems written by Chilean authors. Definitely the best place I’ve ever been, as I’m a romantic in my choices for places 😄

Let’s start by saying this hotel is perfectly situated with a wonderful view of the lake and the Orsono Volcano. It’s also an easy walk to the town center. Although the rooms and bathroom could use a bit of an update, they are spacious, clean and quite comfortable. The breakfast buffet provided a wide choice of breads, pastries, fruit, meats, cheeses and made to order eggs. The seating area off the lobby provides a cozy spot to gather for before dinner drinks or just curl up by the huge fireplace with a good book. The reception staff was very helpful providing restaurant recommendations and helping with driving directions to local sites. Would definitely book again.

The best location and view in this wonderfull city on the Llanquihue Lake. Very good breakfast, and very kind staff. They have a free parking in the Hotel, very confortable. Is perfect place to have a beatiful vacation. The price is OK, we are so satisfied.

Es un hotel céntrico. Pero no es un 4 estrellas. Un edificio viejo, parcialmente renovado. Un hall pequeño y antiguo. Habitaciones no muy grandes pero con bañó totalmente renovado. El desayuno, solo regular. Frío en las habitaciones.

My stay was replete with issues. The volume of my TV did not work. The electric outlets in my room did not work. When the housekeepers cleaned the room each day, they never left towels. So I had to call reception two days in a row to request them, the phone ringing off the hook because the reception staff don’t pick up if they are talking to a guest in front of them. Reception needs more staffing. Some of the employees ant reception were rude and argued with me about certain things. Unacceptable— need better customer service training. Only staff member who was remotely professional was Jose Alfredo who helped me change rooms. I would never stay here again.
