Overall enjoyable holiday however an honest English Review on all aspects of Aquaworld & Belek travelling as a family with an 11 year old: Hotel: The hotel is wonderful. It is very modern, well kept and looked after, very eco and environmentally friendly. Has a lovely 1500m walking track around and through the hotel grounds which is enjoyable. It is recommended to do this early on in the holiday as it really does help you get your bearings. Hotel staff: The staff were hit and miss in my personal opinion. Always found the bar staff in the day throughout the various outdoor bars and the bar staff of an evening at the evening entertainment arena bar very friendly, bar staff in the lobby bar some not so. Restaurant staff were all great and couldn't do enough for you. Special mention to bar man Emre - credit to the hotel as well as the staff in the Asian A La Carte Restaurant - fantastic service and outstanding food. Also big shout out to the young man round the main pool on the roller blades! Best member of staff at Aquaworld! Guest Services: Reception helpful throughout stay. WARNING the guy Josif who claims he works for on the beach and is a rep is not a very nice man! Try and stay clear. Baring in mind we didn't arrive at the hotel until 3am he rang our phone numerous times from 7.30am when a meeting had already been booked for 10.30am trying to sell us excursions. We decided against the meeting in the morning and rang again in the evening saying we needed to attend as he would tell us our return shuttle. Did no such thing just tried to pressure us into an excursion. Having been to different parts of Turkey my advice would be go into town and book through Belek City Tours much cheaper than the hotels. I was honest with the rep and said we had booked down the town, we then got a mouthful of abuse and he then refused to tell us our pick up transfer time and ignored our whatsapps. STAY CLEAR. If you book with on the beach you can just go online and find your transfer time. Rooms: We upgraded our room to the 2 bedroom room with a garden view. Although quite basic it was perfect for what we needed. Lovely garden views which houses a lot of wildlife as well as beautiful plants, flowers fruit trees along with relaxing music to enjoy whilst winding down on the balcony. Bathroom was a good size with a powerful walk in shower. No toiletries provided - just some hand soap and dove soap in the shower. Only downside is the showers do seem to leave puddles on the floor when finished which leaks from underneath the shower. We had 3 room in our party and all had the same issues. But all in all for somewhere to get ready and sleep it was pleasant enough and very clean. There is a minifridge in the room which only stocks soft drinks and they aren't the best at stocking these up so I just left a note when we were low and they topped up for us. 餐食太棒啦,種類非常多,大概芝士品種就有快20種了。酒店很大,各種活動,體驗得不捨得出酒店了,一整天都沒有出門,酒店內部活動也很豐富,我體驗了射箭和空中瑜伽,還有晚上的娛樂節目。冬天來太可了,價格是旺季的1/4,薅羊毛和度假都很適合。滿意👍

點評陽台套房...Muratpasa,安塔利亞火雞 我們從4月29日至01May 2023年的住宿 陽台的地方不值得我們住宿支付的金額 他們沒有適當的互聯網設施 。我們因互聯網差而殘障。感覺孤立溝通壞了,晚上12點去接待員說是新來的n對酒店一無所知,😟不能給我們的旅行社發關於我們住宿差的信息。rhe晚上旅游回來房間沒有打掃,।廁所不乾淨,浴巾沒有換,tge牀單也沒有換,我老公聯繫經理時被告知兩天後房間打掃。免費早餐只是普通一些奶酪兩種水果,一個湯,堅果n牛奶,茶黃油n麪包相比我們在伊斯坦布爾的住宿n rock酒店卡帕多西亞早餐。酒店沒有電梯,因爲前台接待員攜帶我們的行李。請在陽台預訂套房前三思。服務差,關於酒店的好評是假的。

This was our third visit to Nirvana Cosmopolitan. We’ve visited Antalya many times and this hotel is the best. We love everything about this hotel. The rooms are great and spacious, the food is brilliant for AI . The Buffet - is very hygienic , all serving staff with gloves and hats. This for me is a must. I much prefer this over all the counters being open and helping yourself. Serat, had the best customer service , he helped us get a table every evening as we were two families and tried to sit together where possible. Serat always made this possible for us. Fellinis - we had breakfast every day in fellinis my children loved it. We also ate here on many occasions for lunch and dinner and even late night if the children wanted a snack (supper) before bed. The staff are great they can’t do enough for you. Even when guests are rude (I didn’t like to see this as I think it’s uncalled for). Hanife, and many others in this restaurant work so hard and always serve you with a smile. The outside pools and the indoor pool were great. We also used the indoor pool and jacuzzi too. My children loved the water park. The service in this hotel is impeccable and the staff here are a credit to the hotel. The cleans, waiters/waitresses, animation team really do go above and beyond. This is why we choose this hotel time and again and always recommend to family and friends too. The only thing I could suggest would be in early august when we came the entertainment wasn’t as good as it was in 2022. We still enjoyed it, but previously it was much better as this time we left a couple of times after 10/15 minutes. This isn’t a complaint though and definitely can’t wait to visit again this year.

Stay away from this hotel! For those who want to enjoy their holidays, I strongly recommend to stay away of this so-called “hotel”. Here is a brief summary of our experience: • Nice Rooms but with noisy air conditioning and extremely loud refrigerator. • No sound isolation in the walls or Windows. You hear normal conversations and barking dogs like they are next to you. • Worst of all the Hotel is just next to a dog shelter with 20 or more dogs. This was written nowhere and the dogs start barking and wake you up as early as 6:00 in the morning. Regardless of being an animal lover, sleep is almost impossible to come by here. • The owner is extremely aggressive and hot-headed, not hesitating to make threats and even resorting to physical intimidation. • Kind Service staff but unreliable. • The breakfast was a bit mediocre, no buffet or choice. Longer Version: When we spent our first night at the hotel and were awakened at 06:00 in the morning by barking dogs, we decided to inform the Receptionist about it and kindly asked for an early checkout. We initially tried to find a solution with the receptionist, who showed understanding and attempted to negotiate so that we would only pay for 2 out of the 11 nights. She assured us that it is no problem and was very helpful. However, after much back and forth and one really low ball offer (200 of 850 Euros) they offered to refund 470 850. That was not ok since we only stayed for 2 nights. So, we tried to explain that they have the responsibility if they don’t disclose their proximity to a dog pound but that we would be open to meet in the middle price wise. They said no. We told them that this was not making a good image for a review and we finally had to agree to the deal and got only 200 Euros and the rest in Turkish Lira because they didn’t have more Euros. Disappointed with this compromise, we returned to our hotel room around 22:00 to prepare for our next journey at 03:00 in the morning. Which the reception knew about. Since we couldn't find another hotel that same evening, we stayed for one more night, which ultimately turned out to be a grave mistake. At 11:30, there was a knocking on our hotel room door. They wanted us to pay 20 Euros for the Shuttle service from earlier. My husband told them we would pay it at 03:00 when we do the check out. The guy agreed and said good night. At 11h45 someone knocked at the door again but my husband was under the shower and shouted “I come down tomorrow, ok?”. The guy stopped knocking. Then the situation got crazy. A bit midnight(!), when we were finally in bed, they started pounding on our door extremely loudly and violently. After some hesitation, my husband opened the door, and the owner was standing there with the receptionist and another guy. He verbally attacked him and physically intimidated him. My husband tried to explain to him that we will check out and pay the 20 Euros in a few hours, what is the problem? The owner did not wa
