Super séjour Hôtel très beau, très propre. Le personnel est très serviable Je recommande a 100% Je conseille d avoir un véhicule car c est en dehors de la ville. Vue magnifique sur la mer et la côte. Après y a beaucoup de soirées et de mariages qui terminent tard. ( moi j ai aimé car pas mal d ambiance)

Un hôtel desuet et totalement vetuste ...digne des années 70 . Apparemment aucun investissement n'a été réalisé depuis des décennies. Les chambres sont certes spacieuses mais d'un autre temps....il faudrait s'ajuster à l'hôtellerie moderne ! La carte du restaurant est très très théorique....tout n'est pas disponible ( et de loin ) et la présentation des mets pas très professionnelle. Le PdJ est gratuit mais en gros digne d'une caserne . Pour finir une ambiance de tristesse se dégage de cet hôtel. Pourquoi ? Mais pour moi .....plus jamais d'autres hôtels certes un peu plus chers existent a Annaba ....mais plus jamais celui ci .

Un hotel historique mais loin de son prestige d' antan et c' ewt bien dommage. Rien a dire sur le confort et la propriété. Par contre l' etat de la salle de bains est imcomprehensible pour cet etablissement historique; on voit des coulures de peintures sur les faiences, la poubelle est cabossee et sans contenant ( ?), paroi de douche qui ne ferme pas robinetterie et wc entartrees, Le petit dejeuner est tres simple et chose surprenante : pas de thé ! Un minimum d' effort pourrait mettre cet hotel aux normes europeennew mais il ewt vrai que nous sommes en Algerie...

I already stayed at this hotel about 5years ago when it was simply outsanding. Since then the reservations and reception services are not as good. A request to correct a mistake in booking dates was made 3 times and ignored 3 times. Fortunately an excellent competent receptionist ( named Nabil I think) managed to make the correction in next to no time. Thanks Nabil! The 2 different rooms I occupied during my 2 recent stays had some small maintenance problems. For example in one room the curtains were only partially hooked on the rails. I hope that the hotel manager will succeed in resolving the maintenance issue to save the hotel from decline. In conclusion still a very good hotel but room for improvement.
