Lobideki arkadaslara cok tesekkurler ***et guzel karsilandik calisanlar oldukca ilgili tertemiz rahat sessiz konforlu bir oteldi. Bir gece konakladim memnun kaldim sadece kahvalti daha iyi olabilirdi ama sorun yok hersey icin tesekkurler

The hotel itself was fine. Basic hotel. The manager however denied my reservation. When I mentioned **********, he said they didn't use that system (this is a lie.) He said if we wanted a room, we would have to pay again. I was on the phone for hours with **********, because this hotel's system was having a problem. The whole time, the manager tried to kick me and me children onto the street. Finally, the manager gave us a room (because my children were sleeping in the lobby), only to steal our passports and tell us we would have to pay for a room to get them back. Another 2 hours with ********** before the hotel realized their mistake and gave us back our passports. Skip this hotel if you can. Not worth the trouble or the incredibly rude and unhelpful manager.

I am currently seated in our room at the hotel, composing this review. The staff has been exceptionally hospitable, promptly escorting us to our room despite our early arrival, well before the designated check-in time. The room itself is immaculately clean and boasts a stunning view from the window. It features cozy decorations, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. However, we encountered an issue with the safe box being broken. Upon reporting this to the staff member who showed us to our room, he assured us that it would be addressed tomorrow. Unfortunately, due to the weekend, the technical staff is unavailable for immediate repairs. Despite this minor inconvenience, the staff member was incredibly friendly and helpful.

My overall stay was good but i didnt like the fact that there was smoking smell in the room, might be previous guest smoked inside the room. I have to open the windows to get rid of that smell as i booked the room with my kids.
