安道爾的寵物友善飯店

最近,作爲從美國東北部出發的滑雪團體的一部分,我在藝術酒店住了五晚。我們是一個27人的團體,有着各種不同的需求和要求,人們會期待一個更大的團體。我們發現服務、住宿和整體環境都非常出色。酒店老闆(Ellie和Albert)和酒店員工熱情周到。餐食包括滿足任何人偏好的充分選擇。房間舒適乾淨。但最好的部分是酒店內親切熱情的氣氛。我會推薦任何計劃訪問安道爾的Arthotel。我們的住宿是件愉快的事。

Misses the mark at every point. It may have been a 4 star when it was built but it hits at 2 star now, tired and dated. The best thing is the roof terrace, it is a beautiful area, with incredible views, which would be lovely to enjoy on a sunny day like today, however apparently it’s shut till 5pm? Which is not written anywhere? It says it’s dog friendly however, they can only go in the room. So our anniversary weekend away has been spent mostly separately, eating breakfast separately and using the roof terrace. We were woken up by a dog in another room barking nonstop, while presumably, the owner left the dog alone in the room to go eat breakfast. Just generally disappointing. Andorra is stunning though

Hotel céntrico, muy bien ubicado, cerca de restaurantes y comercios. La atención en recepción fue amable. Las camas un poco duras, pero nada terrible por un par de días, son soportables. El desayuno regular, había bollería, pan, frutas, yogur, queso y embutidos, pero nada casero. Únicas dos contras: 1) Al querer llenar la bañera (para algo elegí una habitación con ella) veo que no hay tapón. Fui a consultar a recepción y la respuesta fue que como eran de plástico, por cuestiones ecológicas los sacaron todos (?). A la pregunta, ¿Entonces no puedo llenar la bañera? La respuesta fue ”no”. Solución propia, los vasos (descartables y de plástico, no muy ecológicos), que había en la habitación, encajaban perfectos en el desagüe. Por suerte pude llenar la bañera finalmente para bañar a mí hijo, pero es ridículo que ofrezcan habitación con bañera pero que no se puede llenar. 2) El día anterior a irnos no limpiaron la habitación. Nos fuimos a las 9:30 y volvimos cerca de las 16 y seguia sin hacer. No sé si fue descuido o que pasó, ya que siendo el último día no era trascendental, pero es raro que en 6 hs no hayan ido a limpiar.

This hotel was okay for two nights, but any longer and I don't think I could have handled it. It had a good location. But the shower was the tiniest I've ever seen in my life. The table I'm sitting at while I write this review must be at least 3x bigger than that shower. It was impossible to move without accidentally bumping the water control, meaning you'd accidentally either turn the shower off, or change the temperature. I don't think I could have washed my hair because there was no space to have both my arms up and elbows out. Also, there is no parking. That's fine, but maybe consider a partnership with a local parking garage as some of the other hotels we've stayed at. Less than 2 full days of parking was 50 euros nearby. In Toulouse, our hotel had a 50% discount partnership with a local garage. That would have been very appreciated.

入住時前台說包含晚餐和早餐，退房時被告知晚餐是付費的，有點不靠譜，安道爾不大，走路購物其實也方便，到的那天是周日，停車不用付錢，第二天中午去開車，有張罰單，問了當地人，車牌號是西班牙的不用管……

This was our first time in Andorra and I didn't know quite what to expect. The prices were definitely cheaper than France, but none of the hotels that I was looking for had any kind of traditional charm, so I settled on a nice looking hotel with parking at the location as we had a rental car. When we arrived the staff was very friendly and let me know where I could park my car. It was a winding upwards path that was very narrow and if my car had been much bigger it would have been scratched and scraped all the way up. We had chosen the Junior Suite with the Spa Tub (30 Euros extra), which was on the 9th floor with a good view of the city and mountains on one side and the building next door on the other side. The room was well appointed, with nothing special except the bathroom was really big and it had a nice sitting area. It was very quiet and the bed was huge and comfortable. Breakfast was just okay - eggs were cold and the cappuccino machine spat out something that vaguely tasted like coffee. The bar area and restaurant all felt like something out of the 1970s and really needs an update. Checkout was fast and easy and the staff were also very helpful with that too. If you're looking for a nice hotel in downtown Andorra de Valle that's walking distance from all the shops and restaurants then we definitely do recommend this place. Just get your cappuccino at Starbucks!

酒店戶外區域不錯,對於靠近市中心的酒店來說是罕見的,房間寬敞,游泳池很不錯,乾溼桑拿都有,很棒,工作人員很友好,很nice。餐廳評價不高,食物很好,服務員態度不錯,肯定會再住那裏,希望管理層在環保方面能做得更多,一是不給客人提供泳帽,我自帶了泳帽。如果人們自帶泳衣,如果酒店用電子郵件提醒他們,他們會自帶帽子。我也希望他們不要提供拖鞋,或者至少拖鞋是用紙包裹的。我在自助早餐時注意到很多客人在浪費食物。他們吃的東西太多了,希望酒店能解決

Loved it at first, it had the potential to be one of my all time favs and I've stayed at the Ritz in Paris and the Fairmont in Banff, Canada and Monaco...Valet parking, which was great, help with luggage, Welcome cart with drinks and they had coke zero and ice, which was a first...LOVED ~Nice, comfy rooms, fluffy towels, robes and slippers...friendly, helpful staff...within walking distance of HardRock, I collect the pins but then on to the main plaza...Luana checked us in and she helped me find some of the Euro coins and an Andorra one which was awesome. She's adorable. However...they spray the rooms with a cologne and it also comes through the AC vent :-(, I'm allergic to those types of strong smells...they blow up my sinuses, give me a headache and make my skin itch. I felt it the minute we got in the room. We opened the windows to air it out and left to go eat and walk through the town. Came back and I could still smell it. After awhile I realized it wasn't going away so I went to the desk and asked and she said it was coming through the AC Vent. OMG...Yea, they should ask before doing that. We turned off the AC, which would have been more comfortable with it on but I wouldn't have slept at all with the uncomfortableness. UGH :-(. Eva was on night shift and apologetic and helpful, but you can't make it go away. We kept the window open for awhile and it got better but only after we turned off the AC to make it stop...Great hotel and if you have no allergies and love strong smelling cologne, then it's your go to place, but it would keep me from staying there again. :-(. Otherwise it would have been a 5 Star.

Vacationing with family. Good location. We were pleased with the pool, jacuzzi and steam room. Near the gym you can relax on a lounger under the sun. Good breakfast, varied range of dishes, we were pleased with the choice. Good service, I would like to thank Bryan NOGUEIRA, one of the responsible of reception from Prestigi Hotels. Difficulties that arose were resolved very quickly and in the best possible way. I recommend this hotel! We will definitely come back here again!!!
