very good. Even better than more expensive hotels.

位置很好，到安克雷奇博物館衹需要3分鐘路程。前台工作人員很nice，訂單顯示下午三點方可辦理入住，12點到達也順利辦理了入住。房間裏還有一個小客廳，很實用。

This was my first and last time at this hotel. The checkin was easy, the room was clean, but around 9:30 pm I started to try to take a shower. The water would not run warm. We called the front desk who insisted we run it longer. This began a series of calls where the front desk would insist we just needed to run the water longer, and we kept it running. An hour later, at 10:30 pm, maintenance came, agreed our room had no hot water and we would be moved to a different room. We moved — and although the second room smelled like pee, we stayed there because we’re exhausted and we needed to be able to provide good care for a family member with health difficulties. The hour of missed sleep was one I really needed. The pee-room was not great. The breakfast is good. But for the money, I expected hot water with the room. And whatever was causing the smell in the second room is gross.

Everyone in our group loved the Aloft Hotel. It’s a Marriott Hotel that is new in Anchorage located in Midtown. The rooms are a good size and they are well appointed. All the staff we encountered were friendly and knowledgeable about Anchorage. They readily helped us on several occasions. I definitely recommend this place for Midtown in Anchorage.

非常推薦來安克雷奇旅遊度假的遊客，酒店有24小時免費機場接送服務，很方便，酒店各種設備都較新，乾淨衞生，比較舒適，下次來還會入住

定的山景房，結果衹看到屋頂及一點點山尖尖，對麪有房子擋住視線，根本沒有必要浪費那錢去定山景房。因為你走出去隨處可見。衛生條件一般吧，不算很好也不算差，對於狗狗友好酒店來說還行。

和我們一起養了一隻寵物。我們有一個可以帶他去的地方，但是酒店對寵物友好。他們告訴我們，我們將不得不留下100美元的押金，當他們打掃房間時，我們將把押金退還給我們。當我結帳時，我詢問何時可以退還押金。前台女孩說這是清潔費，不是押金，如果我知道的話，我會把狗送給我的女兒們。那隻狗住了一晚一百美元

雖然設施有些老舊，但這仍然是一家讓人賓至如歸的酒店！服務人員周到而熱情，哪怕在早餐最忙的時候，服務員始終保持着微笑。餐廳的食物也很棒，面對着湖景，豐盛的早餐，喝一杯咖啡，開啟美好的一天！

Avery clean hotel that was in close proximity of airport. It was not the big planes but the small water planes that flew in and out constantly in the lake neighborhood across the road. very noisy. B-fast was offered but as Courtyard does 17$ No free coffee downstairs as Starbucks was your option. So nothing really great for the price.
