I've been coming to this motel for years. Best motel in Eagle River. The staff is extremely friendly & very accommodating. In addition, the building is very clean & well maintained. It's the only place I would stay when in the Eagle River area.

Everything about the stay was decent except for the continental breakfast and the older front desk lady that works afternoons. The breakfast was frozen and the receptionist was rude. Next time I will pay $100 more to stay in downtown Anchorage for the convenience and the good breakfast.

For what the price was I think it was good. I liked it and my pets was good about being there sometime my pets don’t like some of the places I stay at. But this one was very good.

One of the most sadly run places we’ve ever stayed. The room was oppressively hot. The cheap, noisy ceiling fan mocked us all night. The tv reception was abysmal, supposedly because there was a wintry mix of precipitation. I actually pulled our sheets to check for bedbugs, it was that smarmy feeling. The mattress was encased in a fully zipped cover, so there was no way I could even get to inspect the mattress. Walls very thin, and you can hear most everything next door. I was afraid if I closed the bathroom door, I couldn’t get out, because the screws were both so loose the doorknob was literally about to fall off the door. No hairdryer available in the room. The breakfast was replenished by the front desk clerk, who did not stop to wash her hands between tasks. The small fridge where they kept the milk was barely cool. The health inspector might shut this place down during the next visit. Tables were sticky and not wiped down between seatings. Someone spilled juice in the elevator and left it for someone to slip in it.

It was old a not up kept think sink was hanging of the wall, clothes were left in draw. When we complained they move us to a suite which was much better

This hotel had a nice at home feel about it. For the most part my room was clean except one bed had a stained sheet

I love how the hotel is shopping distance away very quiet place very helpful and nice customers service
