Nice hotel clean and helpful staff, big room with my 5 luggage’s all open 🤣 The breakfast smell so good !

ディズニーまでは15分程度歩けば着きます。エンゼルスタジアムまでは車で10分以内で着きます。とても便利な場所です。フロントに行けば、コーヒーと紅茶が飲み放題で助かります。お湯もあります。

Staff was awesome! When we arrived the pool needed a clean- it’s fall, we’re Canadian so I’m sure most people weren’t swimming in an outdoor pool but my kids were into it. The manager was quick to get the pool cleaned and in perfect condition for us to swim that night! Top notch service.

The only thing I didn't like was the fact that I didn't have a choice on the valet parking. I know that some people find that convenient but I didn't like the fact that if I left something in my car I had to wait for valet to bring the car to me I couldn't just go get it, that and they take no responsibility for anything in the car or damage to the car while it is in their possession.

I purchased an extra night for my Son’s & daughter In-laws 1st Wedding Anniversary Disney Trip, they were treated very rudely by The checkin staff BECAUSE I PURCHASED THE ROOM THROUGH **********…. I’m very disappointed with the quality of service …the person made their trip difficult…

The facility was very clean and looked new. One thing that I was not aware of was that valet parking is required (no self parking) and there is an additional fee of $35 per day and additional $40 if you leave your car there past check out time if you go to disney that day you check out. Orbitz receipt stated "We have included all charges provided to us by the property" However, the parking is handled by a different company than the hotel, so the parking fees are not clear. I spoke to the hotel front desk prior to my booking to confirm that parking was free, they told me yes over the phone, but once I arrived they changed the story and would not budge on the charges. I did enjoy that the hotel was very close walking distance to Disney though. Also there were several restaurants on the way to Disney like Panera, McDonalds, 24 hr IHop, Dennys, and Mimi's Cafe.

Great hotel with excellent continental breakfast and valet parking. Walking distance to restaurants and Disneyland. Just a bit loud as it is facing the freeway but room size and overly hotel experience was great. Even had Disney movies playing throughout the day in the lobby when for kids on break from the pool and park.

Stayed at this hotel a few years ago. It’s showing it’s wear and tear. Really dirty carpets…food stuck to the floor right in front of our room 207–nice welcome, not. Worst part is they only offer valet parking and it’s $30 a night. Arrived at 9 pm and checked out at 8 am. Kinda sucks. Won’t be staying here again.

My family of 5 loves this hotel. Probably the best bang for your buck with an easy walk to the Disneyland main entrance. Good breakfast, updated and clean rooms, friendly staff…. An overall great hotel.
