To be very true in every aspect, as we go by reviews of others , so just want to tell you about my stay : i directly booked from hotel on 27 feb 2024 , the person who booked my rooms took an advance and sent me the cofirmation . While travellig on 28 march i messaged them about my upcoming stay - the person called me and said srry we dnt have rooms , we will refund your money . Please arrange your stay or we will do for you, we were amazed after that phone call as we were travelling with small kids and senior citizen. After 2-3 hours we got a call again from hotel that we have arranged your stay in our hotel .. no doubt they arranged the rooms , but our first impression is not good. Now coming to stay- rooms are good, not well ventilated though, no windows Staff - they have very less staff, we gave them key around 7 am in morning so that they can clean , but when we came back around 2-3pm the rooms were not cleaned. Why?? Because they dnt have staff to do that. Kitchen- we ordered tea , that never came to our room.. why? Because they dnt have staff .. You have to call again and again for things you need. Overall , stay was OK . Please increase your staff, your service is very very slow. Something good about it - while coming back we told them to make some poori and aloo so that we can carry while travelling,they did that - thanks for this gesture. Hotel is not easily reachable also , auto vala did not know about it.. it created alot of confusion every time we travelled .
