城市城堡飯店(City Citadel Hotel,Amman)

L’hôtel a un bon potentiel, vu sa situation, mais il y a pas mal de choses à améliorer. On m’a donné une serviette de bain sale, il a fallu demander à plusieurs reprises pour la remplacer. Et nous avons eu une chambre côté rue, très bruyante. Le petit déjeuner très basique, peut être amélioré.

Chambre vieillotte mais pas chère.literie ok mais matelas mou.tache sur la moquette. Attention pas de parking ,on a eu une amende et pourtant on s'est garé là où l'hôtelier nous a dit. L'avantage c'est la proximité de la citadelle , temple d'Hercule et autre que l'on peut faire a pied

Ci sono stato circa una settimana per visitare Amman e molti posti limitrofi (ho usufruito del loro servizio driver diverse volte: davvero efficienti). La stanza era spaziosa e comoda. Certo, non è un hotel a 5 stelle, ma per quel che ho pagato, sono stato più che soddisfatto. Il personale è sempre disponibile, la colazione abbondante (giordana: ho adorato svegliarmi con l'hummus e le falafel la mattina!), i letti comodi. Però una criticità c'è: la mia camera era sulla strada e lì sotto passa una strada bella trafficata, quindi se soffrite i rumori forti per dormire, vi conviene farvi mettere sull'altro lato dell'edificio (non era il mio caso). Tornassi ad Amman, saprei dove ri-prenotare!

La ubicación, inmejorable! El hotel, aunque no tiene ascensor, sólo hay dos tramos de escaleras para acceder a las habitaciones. Las habitaciones son amplias y están muy limpias. No tienen aire acondicionado pero si un ventilador potente. El desayuno consta de un te o café, dos falafels y un huevo cocido por persona, pan árabe, una ración de hummus, mermelada y embutido de ternera por persona. Tiene parking de coche en la calle del hotel. El parking es público pero tienen cámaras de vigilancia con lo que lo hace muy seguro. En general muy bien!!

This is a basic hotel/hostel, but adequate. The rooms look like they have been converted from a office complex but not redecorated. But they are warm, and the bathrooms are okay, acceptable not great. WE at least managed to get a shower. The staff are friendly and the breakfast was very good. It is well positioned in the City to see the tourist attractions.

Very simple 'homelike' hotel. Very friendly and hard working reception guy. Near the Citadel and Downtown. Drawbacks: Our room was at the streetside with 24/7 traffic. Lots of noise. And the bed can feel very hard if you aren't used to. Other then that is was a very pleasant beginning of our trip in Jordan and a very nice way meeting the people of Jordan.

We stayed 2 nights with breakfast in a family room with 4 beds. The receptionist was incredible kind to our children, as he invited them to prepare breakfast, they absolutely loved it. Breakfast for super tasty, including hummus, falafel and Arabic bread. Because of the great location we manage to walk the whole day and be able to return to the hotel for a quick shower before dinner. Walk is definitely the best option in Amman. If you're looking for a budget hotel, comfortable just to sleep after a day of sightseeing, this is the place!

The hospitality we received at city citadel hotel was amazing! Cheap rate. Very friendly and helpful with car hire, PCR tests, border crossings. Printing forms. Breakfast was great and let us use facilities even after check out. Highly recommended.
