You get what you pay for. There is nothing spectacular about this place at all, but it serves it purpose. close to airport to stay for a night & get out of town. Its run by a "Desi" family, the father is a nice gentleman while the pudgy 20 something son is a douchebag. There is not much around the areas other than similar purpose motels. There are also creepy long stay residents on site. The best part is anchor bar is in the area for lunch/dinner.

Heard all different animal noises all night long, didn't even stay the whole night left because I could not sleep. The hotel charged me a $100 incidentals fee and never refunded me the money. The man at the front desk was very rude and unfriendly.

Bedbugs. Bedbugs are bad here. First and second room both had them. The staff was shown and still insisted that they didn't have the bedbugs. Never again will I stay there, questioning use of Xpedia too.

Overall the room wasn’t too bad. I was surprised there were no outlets available bedside. We did have a clogged bathroom sink for the majority of our 2 day stay. Surprisingly there was no complimentary shampoo/conditioner or hand lotion and there were no tissues available in the room. Sometimes the little things are the big things.

It was horrible and my children and I stayed in our Jeep one night and no one would refund our money and the hotel isn’t in good condition it’s to bad I booked threw you for years now and feel so bad no one would make it right what’s my Platinum status for then?

We needed a place to stay overnight, the only staff I saw was at the desk. The place was run down and bed was very uncomfortable. Our room smelled very musty and had just the bare necessities. Much needed updating all the way around.

The sink in bathroom was bad. (Plunger was defective), the heater was ineffective, door security latch was broken, Toilet made a strange noise when flushed, no Kleenex, and the toilet paper dispenser was about 3feet from the toilet.

The room smelled very bad once I closed the window that had been left open. the bathroom vanity was cracked pretty badly, as was the bathroom wall. Otherwise I was happy with the room and location of the motel for the price.
