一切都很完美！僅酒吧服務存在一些缺陷，員工在接受和履行訂單時有些分心。

游泳池的景色超級美，房間是老式的，因為它是有 800 年歷史的酒店。但我仍然愛它。唯一不那麼完美的是 Bcz 退房後你不能享受游泳池。

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet hotel tant sur le plan hotelier que sur le plan accueil par le personnel de l hotel ; en outre la cuisine était excellente ; par ailleurs cet établissemnt ancien couvent a une vue exceptionnelle sur la baie d'amalfi et la cour intérieure , ancien cloitre , permet de se détendre dans une ambiance calme loin du bruit de la ville !!!

Serata indimenticabile con amici carissimi al ristorante dell’hotel Luna Convento Abbiamo mangiato benissimo e il servizio è stato eccellente. La location e’ una meravigliosa terrazza dalla quale si gode un meraviglioso panorama Da tornarci!!!!

Tre giorni alla scoperta della costiera Amalfitana.La scelta del Luna Convento e' stata veramente azzeccata.Struttura romantica ricca di storia.Posizione incantevole con vista mozzafiato e vicinissimo al centro di Amalfi..Le persone che gestiscono sono di una premura e gentilezza unica.Offerto upgrade della stanza .Ristorante bellissimo con terrazza a picco sul mare.Sicuramente in programma un ritorno. Consigliatissimo e GRAZIE ancora!

Posto meraviglioso, non solo per il panorama mozzafiato, il cibo ottimo, il fascino antico ed elegante della struttura conservata con sapienza, la stanza curata, pulita e accogliente, non solo per tutto questo...la cosa che più colpisce è la professionalità e la cortesia del personale, l'attenzione per il cliente, che purtroppo non è scontato trovare anche nelle migliori strutture. Vale davvero la pena un soggiorno in questo hotel!

Hotel dal sapore antico e lussuoso le camere affacciano direttamente a picco sul mare e sulla scogliera, gli arredi sono un po' datati ma non fa niente da parte dell'atmosfera. Fai colazione su un balcone che ti apre all'orizzonte.... Il personale è molto professionale e gentile. L'hotel dispone di parcheggio privato coperto, all'arrivo un addetto ritira la macchina e la porta al ricovero per poi fartela trovare davanti l'hotel al momento della partenza, questo servizio è impagabile per Amalfi. L'hotel ha anche la piscina sulla scogliera Amalfitana a cui si accede da una scalinata esterna. La colazione è a livello della struttura. Abbiamo avuto solo un piccolo problema in camera risolto immediatamente dal direttore e dal suo staff. Per "scusarsi" la sera al nostro rientro ci hanno fatto trovare una bottiglia in camera, oltre ad aver usufruito di un piccolo ma gradito sconto al momento del pagamento. Prezzo circa 430€ a notte. Consigliatissimo per chi vuole trascorrere una vacanza super.

Awesome staff in the best location in Amalfi…!! The ocean pool area and the view from the hotel were absolutely stunning..!! The restaurant was the best view in town. Our room view was sensational with outdoor balcony.

Bellissima vista mare, tranquillo seppure a due passi dal centro, confortevoli nella loro essenzialità le camere. Generosissima la colazione, servita anche su una terrazza a picco sul mare, sorprendente la disponibilità della reception: non trovando un taxi per la cena ed avendo la mamma un problema ad una gamba, si è gentilmente offerto di accompagnarci in centro con la sua vettura. Veramente grazie per il magnifico soggiorno.

Hotel dans son jus et au départ excellente impression… malheureusement notre chambre (44) était située de telle manière que nous avons du subir des déplacements de chaises et tables jusqu’à 1:00 du matin sur un sol en marbre ce qui nous a sacrifié notre nuit…. Le matin, à nouveau petit déjeuner avec excellente impression et bons produits mais désorganisation du service.. au final un hôtel qui profite de sa réputation historique mais ne mérite pas le prix demandé… c’est triste de le dire comme cela mais c’est un sentiment vécu.

Muy posiblemente la mejor opción de la Costa Amalfitana. Bonito, bien decorado, tiene un encanto especial. Servicio impecable. Acceso al mar y a una piscina de agua salada, algo no muy común en la zona. A diez minutos del centro de Amalfi. Un 10 rotundo.

This review reflects the experience of two well-travelled guests with plenty of world-wide experience on which to base comments. Overview....................this hotel is comfortable with a high standard of service. The building is unique and fascinating. It offers superb views of Amalfi which is only about 10 minutes gentle walk away. Reception..................extremely friendly and helpful. Reception staff speak good English. Requests are attended to quickly. The night porter was on hand immediately at 5.00 a.m. to collect our bags for departure. Our packed breakfasts were waiting for us. Room....................(Superior, Sea View) Lots of space. A large, sitting room sparsely furnished with antiques, opening on to a small balcony with a wonderful view of the bay and the town. Ten stairs up to the bedroom. Very comfortable bed and, again, lots of space. On the minus side, there was no dressing table or mirror of any sort in the bedroom. Sleep quality was very good. Quiet and effective A/C Bathroom.............well appointed but small. A good shower, plenty of hot water. Large bath towels, linen hand towels. Restaurant.....................again, the wonderful view and excellent service from smartly turned-out staff. A wide variety at the buffet breakfast. An interesting dinner menu, well cooked and well presented. Wine by the glass if you prefer. The cloister and courtyard...............................a peaceful area for drinks. Sitting with a glass of wine on a warm moonlit evening was just the sort of holiday memory we looked for. Swimming pool...........................80 steps down. Not a large pool but clean and not crowded. To-your-chair drinks service available. Beach..........the hotel does not have a beach. Finally..................be prepared for a one and a half hour (approx) transfer to/from Naples airport.

This stunningly beautiful hotel is a perfect location in Amalfi, just 500 metres from the square. It is in a former convent, with an excellent standard of accommodation, service and wonderful staff. With amazing views, and lovely terraces, this really captures the beauty and grandeur of Amalfi. It has an excellent restaurant in the hotel, with a lovely courtyard , filled with lemon trees , for aperitifs or after dinner coffee. There is a sister restaurant across the road ( Ristorante con Terrazza soul Mare) which is also amazing and a must !
