Very good

The room is clean and tidy, the air conditioner is a bit noisy, and the shower room is a bit crowded for tall people

Lovely clean spacious hotel with free parking as an ******* vip member

Good hotel and close to the centre.

OK hotel. Bar under refurb and service a bit slow. Be aware that trains crossing the vridges can be a kittle noisy. Good value though.

Good hotel, nice location and friendly staff. The views of the river from the balcony are amazing. Breakfast is a bit dissapointing.

就在tyne河邊，離火車站和中國城都不遠，就是樓梯有點多。

A great location, close to the train station. Very clean, staff lovely, furniture looking a little tired and needs a refurb but don’t be put off by that

Value for money hotel, with extremely helpful staff. Convenient location to all ameneties

Nice stay and the staff were lovely .

Last minute weekend break to Newcastle. Great position for quayside and 15 minute walk up to the town. Plenty of car parking spaces available in multi storey next door. Only issue was car park lift out of action so had to use staircase (fine for us but maybe not for less mobile).

Lovely clean hotel, nice views of the river.
