They are really doing the bare minimum on cleaning at this place. I arrived late at night, settled in, and then left very early the next morning for work. When I returned the next afternoon there were ants everywhere in my room. All over the nightstand, crawling on the two headboards of the beds, all over the wall with the window. I started looking around to find more and noticed just how gross the room is and how many remnants of old food that were all over the carpet. The microwave had a huge chunk of cheese from the previous guest. There was spilt soda or something on the headboard behind the nightstand and on the bottom shelf of the clothes area. A layer of dust on top of the toilet, tissue box, in the corners of the room. Cobwebs in the ceiling corners. There was someone else’s hair in the bed I didn’t sleep in, and of course, ants crawling across both beds. It was a very busy and exhausting weekend for me, and I had already settled in, so I used my own cleaning spray to get rid of the ants near the beds and just decided I’d stay in my room and never come here again.

As a female traveling alone, I felt very safe in and around this hotel. Front desk staff was friendly and pleasant, always greeted anytime I walked through the lobby. The complimentary breakfast had a variety of options. My room was extremely clean. So many places I've stayed have lingering odors of some kind, whether from the air conditioning unit or cleaning products, etc, but this room was odor free. The TV had Direct TV satellite with a lot of channel options, which I like because I fall asleep to the TV. There are 2 reasons that I did not give this hotel a 5 star rating. One, the mattress on the king bed was definitely not the best. Both ends of the bed noticeably sagged, but thankfully the king mattress is really large, and I was by myself, so I was able to sleep right in the middle, which was not broken down like the sides. Had my fiance been with me, we both would've been hurting after sleeping on the mattress. The other reason was the water pressure and shower head. The shower head had several different settings, but only one worked without spraying water everywhere. The first morning I was there I had to be up super early, and the water pressure was not GREAT, but adequate. The last morning I slept in a bit, and by the time I showered the water pressure was so bad that it wasn't even hitting my head as a stream, but rain drops. It took me over 10 minutes to get the conditioner rinsed out. I suggest showering early in the morning if you want good water pressure.

This hotel needs better maintenance. The sink fixture was wobbly. Water pressure was so low, it required three times as much water to rinse off. Sheets were so old, the bottom sheet didn’t fit properly and kept coming off. Definitely won’t book here again.

Wonderful staff. Terrific breakfast, tons of options. Room was great. We will definitely stay here again when visiting the area!

I loved the front desk women and I loved the breakfast cook for that Sunday morning. they were so inviting I only wish that they had a jacuzzi😩

It was a decent stay but the room was not clean all the way. Still hair in the shower and stuff on the floor.

Excellent stay, the only issue we had was not being able to check in on time.

I frequently love to just get away by myself and "hide" from every day life. I'm very specific when choosing a hotel. One of my preferences is a nice complimentary breakfast and I was not disappointed. The room was very comfortable and I really enjoyed my mini-vacation!
