Not Breakfast!! No water bottles!

The Barrista was so accommodating! It is a really nice hotel. The one thing that needs major improvement is the bed. So uncomfortable!

The outside areas of the property are gorgeous but the room was a little stuffy. The bed and the couch were not cozy and there was only one area to get ready in - the bathroom. Facility needs to update beds, couches and add a mirror or place to get ready so when there is more than one person they both have space. We woke up to the next door neighbors cell phone alarm going off. I was expecting a little bit more. It is in a nice area close to shopping and walking distance to coffee and breakfast. There is an indoor pool which is a perk. We got a balcony room but the balcony was tiny so wouldn’t recommend upgrading to that. Would probably ask for an inside room as there is a ton of road noise.

The stay itself was good. Being charged $20 for a bottle of water in the room that was marked at $5 is a bit irritating.

We stay almost every year at New Years, always a great stay, comfortable, clean and lots to do in the area.

If I am ever in Allen again, I would stay here. Taylor, who checked me in, was friendly and welcoming. My room was ready early…and by early I mean by 3 hours! The bed was super comfortable. Water pressure in the shower was incredible. Location amazing…walking distance to shopping and tons of food choices. I didn’t eat at the bistro or use any of the amenities so I can’t comment on those things. But everything else was perfect!

We hardly saw staff. we needed blankets for pull out at 9pm and no answer on any phone line and no one at front desk. them checked back 30min later no one answered call and found someone downstairs. by this time it took 1.5hrs to get bedding for pull out and then it was only sheets
