Vicino a servizi e negozi.

If you’re looking for a place in Alicante that’s all about location, location, location, this apartment has you covered. It’s smack in the middle of everything, with parking nearby for just 8 euros a day—a real steal! Plus, for the price, it’s great value. You’ll have more money left to spend on tapas and tinto de verano! But let’s talk about the “quirks” that make this place memorable. The front desk staff deserves an award… for grumpiest customer service. They seemed to hate their jobs, I almost felt guilty for asking for help. They worked pretty slow and every question seemed to ruin their day. But the manager was very nice. Thank her. The bed? Oh, it’s special. Imagine sleeping on a high log instead of a pillow. My back is now fluent in chiropractic. The bathroom had its own personality too—complete with a touch of mold in the shower for that “rustic charm.” Every shower was like a mini flood, as water poured under the tub. I started timing my showers to see how quickly I could mop up the aftermath. It’s clear this place has seen some life. It’s the kind of apartment that could tell stories—if it weren’t too tired. A little refurbishment would go a long way, but hey, think of it as living in a piece of history… with a wobbly bed. In summary, it’s a mixed bag. If you’re easygoing, want a prime location, and don’t mind a few laughs (or grumbles), this place is for you. Just don’t forget your patience, a good sense of humor, and maybe a bucket for the bathroom.
