聖朱利亞諾坎帕尼亞法義公寓式飯店(Agri Resort San Giuliano)

Sono arrivato con mia moglie alle Residenze di Campagna San Giuliano per partecipare ad un evento organizzato dall’Istituto Tecnologico Superiore Tagss di Alghero ospite del Presidente Pasquale Tanda. Quando abbiamo varcato la soglia del podere abbiamo subito avuto l’impressione di entrare in una a**osfera di pace tranquillità e bellezza, accolti da una natura sapientemente organizzata e gestita. Prati curati, piante distribuite con saggezza, ulivi, nespoli, melograni, pini nani e tutta la vegetazione della macchia mediterranea che al momento giusto sprigionano quei profumi caratteristici che ti inebriano di buono, mentre ti rinfreschi in una piscina incastonata nelle pietre e contornata da muretti a secco che arredano perfettamente tutto l’ambiente. Se hai la fortuna di incontrare Domenico Manca il creatore dell’impero dell’olio di San Giuliano scopri un uomo che si lascia emozionare dalle sue origini con le figlie che lo aiutano rendendo ancora più ospitale l’intero contesto. I locali arredati con cura e arte, condizionati, ti permettono di vivere momenti veramente ricchi di pace, rilassatezza e spensieratezza. Il Ristorante le Pinnette è posto all’interno delle Residenze e li puoi trovare a riceverti il maître Mario che ti adotta, ti cura e ti coccola riservandoti molta attenzione, proponendoti piatti tipici della campagna, dagli antipasti con verdure lumache e affettati, ai ravioli di ricotta, alla fregola di Tanda, al porceddu croccante e saporito, alla seadas, tutto inaffiato con ottimo vino di Santa Maria la Palma e accompagnato da carta musica che ti permette di gustare il fantastico olio di San Giuliano. Beh che dire, bisogna provare per credere.

Bella struttura immersa nel verde, circondata da animali bellissimi! Presenti tutti i confort per le famiglie che arrivano da lontano. Purtroppo il locale che ci ha ospitati aveva soltanto portefinestre senza zanzariere, ragion per cui non abbiamo mai potuto aprire la notte per poter godere del fresco. Peccato! Abbiamo sperimentato così gli splendidi condizionatori di cui era dotato il residence. Un pochino di polvere in eccesso, ma essendo in campagna era giustificato. Personale molto cortese e disponibile. Consigliato.

Proche d'Alghero, des plages de Porto Conte, Porto Ferro et du Parc régional naturel de Porto Conte (endroit magique) , vous trouverez de nombreuses activités tout en revenant dans une nature sauvage et préservée à la résidence de San Giuliano. Le restaurant de type Agritourisme propose des mets de qualités et authentiques. Le personnel et les propriétaires sont charmants et très à l'écoute de nos besoins. Je recommande vivement !

We spent two weeks in this beautiful resort. The resort is full of flowers, the accommodation fully met our requirements for equipment, size and last but not least privacy. Everything was complemented by friendly and helpful staff. We will definitely return here in the future.

We have just spent a week at Villa Ulvio as a family group of 8. The accommodation,booked through Just Sardinia, was excellent with a large pool and lovely outside seating area. The pool was cleaned daily and all the staff were very friendly and helpful. It is an ideal location, if you have a car, to access local beaches and the lovely town of Alghero. We ate in the restaurant on pizza night and the pizzas were very good. I can thoroughly recommend a stay here.

We booked the Borgo in 2019 and had to wait 3 years for it to come into fruition. My family of 34 thoroughly enjoyed our 10 day stay. We occupied 7 apar**ents and had the exclusive access to the Borgo pool. The very attentive staff made all the difference. The rooms were spacious and tidy and living area comfortable and clean.

The agriturismo is situated on a huge olive farm, one of the biggest in Sardinia. We stayed in a small 1-bedroom apar**ent in the Borgo (village). It was well furnished, had air-conditioning and a patio with a view to the hills and the sea and the town of Alghero. Close by were two swimming pools. The kitchen had adequate basics (and tiny bottles of their olive oil and balsamic vinegar were provided ) but if you are used to French gites or English cottages, not as well equipped. A 10 minute walk down a fairly steep hill took us to the on-site shop and restaurant, The shop/reception had basics and the very friendly Elisa and Giulia arranged for us to have bread rolls and eggs each morning; if required the supermarket was a short drive away for further provisions. One could also order breakfast in the cafeteria. The restaurant was good with typical Sardinian food and wine and again very friendly helpful staff. We did some lovely drives in our hire car especially the coastal road to Bosa and to Porto Conte. We also liked the small town of Fertilia and ate here twice (at Il Paguro- excellent). Would highly recommend this place to stay.
