亞歷山德里亞設有酒吧的飯店

我和丈夫在洛麗安酒店和水療中心慶祝我們的週年紀念週末。我們決定留在那裏的部分原因是在我們預訂房間之前,客戶服務。當我們到達時,恆星服務仍在繼續。艾西利在我們逗留期間非常照顧我們,幫助我度過了更特別的週年紀念日。我們預訂了一個露台套房,看上去就像照片中一樣漂亮!另外,它很乾淨。酒店位置在國王街比較安靜的一側,沿着步行前往河邊的路,到處都是令人驚歎的食物和購物。我們已經在制定計劃,很快再返回亞歷山大港。從現在起,羅琳將成爲我們的酒店位置。金和馬庫斯

很高興我們住在這裏。酒店是完美的。鍾工作人員總是爲我們開門,每次我們走進來都打招呼。電梯超級快,房間特別棒。我們被升級到一個更大的房間,非常適合訪問。這家餐館還不錯,唯一的問題是我通常不喜歡把車留給僕人,但他們很快又友好。你給他們發短信,他們回覆你一個時間去拿車。確保你有一些錢,因爲他們會壓倒你,開始抓包,把車停好。我沒有準備好,不得不記住在訪問中誰給小費。房間空氣很完美,這次參觀非常棒。

My first real impression of this property after check in was very sketchy. We got off the elevator to our floor and immediately smelled *********. We were in our room for about an hour before leaving for dinner, by then the smell was coming into our room. We stopped by the front desk to inform them and were offered a room change. Upon our return from dinner we were given a new room. Initially everything was fine. Within an hour or so that floor also smelled of *********. We also discovered we had extremely noisy neighbors and it stayed that way for the majority of the night except between 11pm and 3 AM when they were presumably out. We didn’t get much rest that night. There was a lot of street noise, yet we were on the 10th floor. There was also a man smoking ********* in the outside seating area heading towards the garage. I understand the hotel can’t control the actions of their guests, but coupled with the general state of disrepair of the hotel I get the feeling that our experience was not unusual.

位置優越，離老城河畔不到2公裏，樓下就有公共交通，酒店也有shuttle。我們是租車，停車很方便，地下車庫車位充足，20$/天。早晨豐盛：蛋+兩種肉腸，各種麵包各種飲料，水果、蔬菜，應有盡有。房間足夠舒適，寬敞明亮，我們定的2室房是我們住過最大的兩室房。廚房設施齊備、但房間窗戶是全封死的，不建議中餐大做，煮些東西吃或微波一下都不錯吧。總之推薦。

I am glad I didn’t pay full price ($350/night) for this. Great location and everything looks nice from the outside and the lobby. The room is decent from the looks but once you stay in there, you will realized nothing is working properly. The AC/Heater was not working, the control for the AC/Heater doesn’t work so the AC was blasting cold air all night on NYE!!! So we were both freezing and it was 2am! The TV only have 5 channels and 2 are the same as the other 2, so in reality only 3 channels. The TV quality is also very outdated. Feel like we were watching TV from the 80s/90s when it was the actual 2024 NYE concerts. And on the 5th channel, it is just showing how DirectTV subscription is expired, like what? The Wifi in the room is not free unless you are a Bonvoy member. There was less than a quarter roll of toilet paper on the Tp dispenser and they also didn’t provide a second roll. The body wash pump was empty and the shampoo ran out. The bottom side of the toilet seat looks very filthy as if they haven’t clean that part of the toilet seat in a while. The floor of the bathroom was also very dirty. We usually check if we can ask for a late check-out the night before, but we called the front desk with no answers. When they finally answered, they said we have to call back at 7am to let us know. Ehh Hello? The whole point of getting a late check out is so we can sleep in? So I had to set an alarm to call back at 7am to get a 1pm check out. It was a bit annoying. This was a big disappointment for me because this was supposed to be a nice hotel from Marriott as the Autograph Collection. Especially for $350 a night in the middle of Old Town Alexandria, I had expected better quality. Not to mention the chaos during check-in. Seems like there were only 4 workers there for HUNDReDs of customer. People were angry about being stuck in the parking garage and no one can help them and they gave a lady a room that currently already have someone checked-in. Apparently the lady opened the door when the guy was showering in the room. What a chaos!

Morrison House is an delightful boutique hotel, small enough that it feels like a hideaway. The area feels very safe for women traveling alone. There is an adorable courtyard entry with a fountain and double curving steps up to the the door. We stayed at the end of a week in DC, so we each had a large suitcase and a carry-on to haul awkwardly up the steps - maybe stay there when you are traveling more lightly. The front desk staff were adequately friendly. I am not disappointed in the service, but I did not have the outstanding experience that some reviewers have written about. We were upgraded to an Illustrator room, which is a corner room on a high floor. I found the room very clean and in good repair. The mattress was medium firmness and we slept well. The shower had good water pressure. We did not hear any noise from outside. Unfortunately it began to rain shortly after our arrival so we did not get a chance to explore the area. I did go downstairs for a complementary glass of wine. We were there on a Sunday so the restaurant was closed. Be sure to note the square footage of the rooms. They are smaller than average rooms in a 4-star hotel. The room did feel small but I think it was due to the 8-foot ceiling because it did not feel cramped. The air conditioning unit was a bit noisy but like I mentioned above, we did sleep well. Parking is in an underground garage below the hotel. Our vehicle was parked for us but they do not have valet services.

千萬別住這家酒店,不安全,我媽媽,姐姐,還有我去亞歷山大探望我現役的丈夫,我媽媽(93)和姐姐(71)住的是假日酒店卡萊爾,2460艾森豪威爾大道,亞歷山大,VA22314從5/5/22-5/7/22。週六晚上,5/7/22大約晚上9點,他們進房間的時候,有一個高個子非洲裔美國人,他正朝他們走來,我姐姐問他是誰,他怎麼進到他們房間的。他回答說,他以爲這是他朋友的房間,並告訴他們他的鑰匙卡是有效的,並說他要到前台去把這件事弄明白。沒有東西被偷,但是姐姐說,他手臂上掛着標價的衣服,被搖動,這可以理解,他們可能被打死了。他們來到前台,讓別人送他們回房間,告訴他們如何使用這個死栓,這樣一旦他們進去了,就沒有人能進入房間了,他說。顯然,一位工程師也來到他們的房間,想看看鑰匙鎖,但他從未出現過。在這一切完成之前,已經太晚了,他們可以住一晚。第二天早上,我們把他們搬到了另一家酒店。我星期一早上回電,跟總經理談了談,他不知道這件事發生在星期六。他給警察打電話,說他的員工沒有遵守規定。他們本應該在星期六晚上給警察打電話的。嗯,你想知道員工是否參與了此事,這個人或許有一把萬能鑰匙,或者前台員工正在爲客人爲他準備房間的鑰匙。很明顯,他偷了其他房間的衣服,手臂上貼着標籤。通用汽車(起初)很友善,在3晚的房間內進行了比較,並給我們作爲會員的IHG獎勵積分。我不太關心積分。我擔心的是2個月後(7/22),警察說酒店沒有提供任何視頻錄像,我給酒店打了好幾次電話,跟GM談了,被告知不要再給他們打電話了,也跟警察談了。我確實再次給他們打過電話,因爲事情沒有解決,我和助理總經理談過,他在電子郵件中告訴我,“酒店管理層正在與當地亞歷山大市警察局合作,將發送警官要求的錄像。XXXX,一旦從安全攝像技術人員處獲得。任何額外的更新或信息將來自亞歷山大市警察局。”上週我與警方交談(6/27/22),酒店還沒有提供視頻。我給通用汽車打了好幾次電話,收到了他的語音信箱,我已試了兩個月,想弄清一個解決方案,現在我唯一能做的就是讓你們所有人意識到這個情況,不要爲了你們自己的安全而留在這裏。而且,旅館破舊不堪,子上還有污漬,真是一塌糊塗
