羅克廣場公寓(Rok Plaza)

Rok Plaza is misleading in their marketing and communication. They have no attending staff, so you DO have to call in advance. Otherwise you have to wait for the staff on your arrival. Besides, many of the photos presented are not from the hotel, but from other hotels and restaurants in the neighbourhood. The rooms are fairly dark and the electronic door locks are a bit tedious. On the plus side, the service is very accommodating when they present, and the location is next to a nice little square with real restaurants. Not too touristy.

The apartment is very clean inside, the bedroom very nicely designed and bed very comfy

Traumatic experience. After booking, a member of our family decided to visit us at the time of the stay. We discovered that 2nd room usage increases the price of the night by 25%. This is "clearly" mentionned in the house rules, between paragraphs 16 and 17 (microwave and garbage rules). Fine. We communicated to Mr Rok the dates at which this person would stay at the flat.  2 nights in, 2 nights out, 2 nights in. Easy we thought. Byt as from the 2nd day and until after we left, Mr Rok was harassing us, sending people from his team a few times a day to check if the person was not there, calling my wife aggressively, threatening us to leave us outside and change the key of the flat (with a baby of 4 months) if the family member would come during those 2 days. The day before check out he sent 2 persons to put pressure on our family member to pay an additional night (they said he had stayed 5 nights and not 4). Fortunately we showed them the proof that he stayed in a hotel in the North of the island as planned during the 2 days.  After we left Mr Rok sent us another request to pay 2 additional nights (he claimed that our family member had stayed 6 nights this time... without proof of course). He contacted airbnb to try to get them cancelling our account. Finally we had to contact airbnb directly to make him stop harassing us. He ruined our stay. We were so stressed it took us a few days to recover.  1st time we have such a terrible experience.

My girlfriend and I decided to book this fantastic place to give ourselves some premium quiet time in Tenerife. We stayed in their best apartment, the penthouse and I have to say it went much above our expectations of cleanliness and comfort . The house has all of the services you might need while on vacation , still feeling like you are at home (we love to cook) . Views are stunning when you wake up straight in front of the ocean, and from the balcony we could enjoy some early morning sun. If you are looking to chill with your other half in vacation, well I definitely suggest you this amazing place. Special thanks to Silvana and her team who contributed to make our staying even more special. Would definitely come back !

Dit is een toplocatie, rustig en niet te ver van alles , heb wel vervoer nodig als je Tenerife wilt ontdekken, neem ook je GPS mee. Zeer aangename ontvangst, zelfs eind februari is de zon aanwezig, 19° tot 22 °. The lady of the house , Kathy staat dag en nacht paraat om te helpen , heb het zelf ondervonden. Niets is te veel voor het Top Team !! vrijwel overal parking, kleine stranden in de omgeving , zand en stenen , beetje moeilijker voor de voeten. Het appartement was top , restaurants in de buurt , wij gaan zeker terug. groetjes Sung-Ja en Claude

Très bel appartement, bien situé. On sent que le covid est passé par là car ce devait être un etablissement extra. Aujourd'hui, c'est de la location d'appartements de bon standing. A noter la gentillesse de toutes les personnes du service.
