阿爾伯克基希爾頓逸林飯店的評論

可以説是我住過的最差的一間酒店，打開房間看見裏還有一個門，敲了幾下，竟然有人迴應，太恐怖😱嚇得趕緊找前台換房型，説明不喜歡這樣的房間，但是前台説沒有別的房型了，幫我們調到了另外一層一樣房間，房間的地毯也是很臟，感覺從沒洗過一樣，如果不是太晚（凌晨一點多）我們肯定不會住的，勉強掙到了天亮

Hotel is okay if you’re staying short-term, but is located in a sketchy part of the city. Felt like the amenities could have been better. Housekeeping doesn’t come in to make the beds daily. Was a little over-priced for what was offered.

實體看起來一點都不像照片！我預訂了這家酒店，以為這是 3.5 星級的酒店，但是，它很舊，需要一些更新。 房間－房間很好，床很舒服，很喜歡床單！毛巾上有一些污漬，不太確定。我們所在樓層（2 樓）的走廊聞起來非常難聞。 停車——停車狀況不太好。直到辦理入住手續時我才得知每晚 17 美元的房價。他們收取停車費，但沒有提供足夠的停車位。 附近的食物選擇——幾乎沒有，我們不得不開車去任何地方尋找吃的東西。飯店的咖啡吧很棒，服務的女士也很棒。

訂了一間大床房，收到的是雙人房，沒有報銷。被告知「我們不能保證您預訂的房間只是預訂，請與您的第三方網站核實」。對這個答案不太滿意。

不喜歡的是，當我們辦理入住時，那位女士沒有告訴我們，當我額外支付一張特大號床時，我們有一張大床！她沒有試圖退還我的錢只是說抱歉

When we arrived, we received our keys. Went up to the room and the keys would not work. Digital key did not work either. Went back down to activate keys and went back to room and they still did not work. A staffer opened the room and it turns out someone was still in the room. They gave us another room and the keys did not work again. The cleaning lady let us in and the room was clean. Had to go back down and reactivate the keys again. Over night stay, we left in the morning and came back in the evening. Our room was not cleaned. Still had towels and trash in the room. Spoke to the assistant manager and he said the cleaning staff was too busy. When I ordered more towels, they were left on the floor in front of my door. Not placed inside as I requested. The only good thing was the coffee and the cookies

The parking is a nightmare, the hotel uses a third party parking system that does not work properly. My experience has taken days to get the issue with this resolved. The hotel itself is very nice, but not nice enough that I would consider returning for a stay. It is also around $20 additional per day on top of an already high daily rate.

Room was very dated. Called in the morning and Requested house keeping as it is by request. At 3pm no housekeeping arrived. I called again at 4pm requesting housekeeping was again told someone would come. I returned to my room at 10pm to see no housekeeping had come. After a long day this was extremely frustrating. Poor breakfast selection as well. Very disappointing. The only benefit was close proximity to the convention center.

Hardly any water pressure from shower and light bulb needed to be replaced in the shower. Additionally the shower floor was stained and dirty needs to be replaced.

The checkin was easy, friendly service, clean room, and the food at the bar was good.

The staff seemed bored. Not helpful. The room was nice but the bathroom was old. Wouldn’t shower there.

When I checked in we went to our room and the room wasn’t cleaned no new sheets on the bed. No bath towels no nothing. I went down and told them they changed to a new room. The only problem is the room wasn’t the same as the last room that I booked.
