酒店環境很不錯，馬路對面就是海邊了，早餐在花園裡享用，心曠神怡。房間很寬敞，還有露台可以坐着吹吹風，晾曬衣物也很方便。 缺點就是就是五點半店裡就沒有服務人員了。發生插座沒電，房門鎖打不開叫不應的。 幸虧攜程客服全程即時迴應幫助，大平台服務就是專業貼心，公信力不缺，圓滿解決了問題。

Excelente experiencia, muy cómodo, limpio, excelente atención en el momento que había personal (por la tarde no había personal). Pocas habitaciones, por lo que era muy tranquilo. Excelente ubicación a 1 cuadra de la playa (incluía y sombrilla y 2 reposeras por habitación) y a 4 del centro gastronómico donde había variados locales para la cena. 10 puntos todo.

Sehr schöne Villa in unmittelbarer Nähe des Strands. Sehr freundliches Personal. Unkompliziertes Check in. Die Zimmer sind geräumig, unser Zimmer verfügte über einen Kühlschrank, Tresor und Klimaanlage. Kleiderschrank leider nicht vorhanden, dafür reichlich Tablare und Kleiderbügel.

Villa a pochi metri dalla spiaggia di mondello. Arredata con gusto, poche camere, la mia non molto grande arredata con gusto è pulitissima con fornitissimo. Bagno con doccia strepitosa e tutti i comfort incluso un phon degno di tale nome. Area colazione piccola ma curatissima con una buona offerta, che potrebbe essere migliorabile. Personale efficiente e gentilissimo. Qualità prezzo eccellente

Antica villa ristrutturata, poche camere di media grandezza funzionale, belle con balcone. La villa si trova a pochi passi dal mare, saranno 100 metri, vicina anche dal centro di Mondello. Convenzione per ombrellone e lettini, teli a disposizione. Colazione scarsa.

La disavventura più grande che mi è capitata in 50 anni di viaggi. Ho dovuto cancellare la mia prenotazione, pagata in anticipo causa Covid. Da allora mi è stato impossibile sfruttare il voucher che l'hotel mi aveva concesso per indisponibilità nelle date del mio successivo viaggio. Richiesto più volte il rimborso ma invano. Cambio di personale continuo infine cambio di gestione .... Se questo è lo stile della struttura .... Da evitare assolutamente !

Buon giorno ho soggiornato da voi dal 7/07 al 18/7/2022 in agenzia ci avevano detto dependance mondello palace hotel perché si chiama Awa? Più che un albergo e un b e b, non c'è un armadio,nella camera accendendo aria c'era cattivo odore, sono stati tutti gentilissimi ,da Alessandro, signora Carla che non ho conosciuto di persona, al personale di sala come la signora ilenia gentilissima, la cosa bella che è a due passi dal mare,da ringraziare anche Emanuele il ragazzo della spiaggia sempre attento e gentilissimo,grazie

Siamo stati ospiti nella depandance dell'Hotel Palace attualmente in ristrutturazione. Location molto bella, camere accoglienti, pulite e funzionali, personale davvero gentile efficiente e preparato. A due passi dal mare con attrezzatura inclusa. Da consigliare anche se in attesa della nuova struttura,

Hotel au service ridicule. On commande un chambre familiale. Pour l'été 2020. Vu covid, impossibilité de venir. On nous propose un voucher. Jusque là pas de problème sauf lorsqu'on reprend contact et on nous signale que l'hôtel est en travaux. Pas d'accès piscine, logement séparé et obligation de prendre plusieurs chambre au lieu de la seule chambre familiale initialement réservée et pour combler le tout, pas de petit déjeuner non plus. L'hôtel nous répond à chaque mail jusqu'au jour où je demande un remboursement étant donné qu'il n'offre plus du tout les mêmes services que ceux pour lesquels nous avions réservé et là bizarrement plus aucune réponse. Après plusieurs rappels toujours aucune réponse... on peut parler là d'un vol de 500€. Hotel déplorable. Au niveau du service, ne propose strictement rien mais font très bien ceux qui ne répondent rien. Le nombre de 1 etoile dans les avis ne m'étonnent pas. Cela ne mérite même pas une étoile.

Abbiamo soggiornato nella dependance dell’hotel solo per una notte, ma ci siamo trovati benissimo! La posizione è ottima, le camere spaziose ed il personale molto gentile (siamo arrivati un’ora dopo a causa di un ritardo del volo e ci hanno aspettato senza problemi, più che comprensivi!) … l’unica pecca è la colazione: la stanzetta adibita è davvero molto piccola

We asked our agent to book this hotel based on the pictures online and its amenities. When we arrived, there was a gate across the parking lot entrance. We had to find a way to get into the lot through another smaller gate that was luckily unlocked. The outward appearance of the hotel was horrible. Weeds overgrown, no cars in the lot, all doors locked, and it looked like windows were broken. We managed to find an unlocked door so we could go in. No one in the lobby, plastic on all the furniture and tape on all the glass. The place looked condemned. Hearing voices from above me, I followed them upstairs where I found a lady who told me they were closed (via google translate) and they did not have a room for me. After voicing my concern for several minutes and pleading with her because we had nowhere else to go, she finally walked us back outside and down the street to a small building that looked like a 2-story house. They showed us to a room inside that was nothing like what we expected. No hotel amenities, no view of the sea, etc.. Not at all what we expected or paid for. The room also had an odor. I called the manager to explain that we were leaving due to the bait-and-switch that we felt had happened and they immediately stated they would not do anything about it. This all occurred in early June of 2022 and we are still trying to get any response from them in hopes they will refund us. I even offered to pay for one night if they would refund the other 2. No response. So, I have no choice but to pursue this hotel through other means and write this review. This was a very disappointing situation and even more disappointing response from the hotel. The hotel was closed, and they knew it was closed and they never contacted us ahead of time so we could deal with it. They waited for us to arrive, stuck us in a small building in a stinky room and hoped we would just deal with it. This was horrible and I will tell the story as many times as I can if it prevents others from being put through a similar bait-and-switch by this hotel. I had no choice but to find another hotel while my wife was crying over the situation and then get a taxi to transport us to the new hotel. And I never asked for anything but a 2-night refund for my 3-night reservation that we were not able to enjoy.
