Lovely hotel in a decent location, but restaurant was not open

Bella struttura situata vicino al mare prezzo ragionevole anche in base al periodo non proprio di alta stagione estiva pulita e curata la consiglio non ho utilizzato il servizio ristorante in quanto ero lì per un matrimonio di conseguenza non posso valutarlo

Horrivel. No dia de ontem liguei para a receção desse hotel para me informar a cerca das condições do SPA, onde o recepcionista me deu o numero de telefone de uma Senhora Nelia ou Noelia (nao me recordo), para ligar, segundo este era ela a responsável do SPA. Liguei para esse numero, atendeu a Sra, questionei a cerca dos serviços do SPA e esta logo me disse que era muito complicado marcar pois estavam cheios. Questionei a cerca de comprar e marcar pela pagina Odisseias, onde esta sem qualquer interesse na conversa desde inicio me disse que podia comprar mas era impossivel marcar pois estavam cheios. E pediu para desligar a chamada porque estava numa "pequena reuniaozinha", questionando se me podia contactar dali a 10 minutinhos, respondi que sim, claro. Ate hoje nao recebi qualquer chamada dessa senhora que pelo tom de voz e discurso, nao tinha o minimo interesse em falar comigo ou mesmo vender um serviço. Nota 0 para esse hotel, nunca la fui e tambem é certo que nao vou colocar lá os pés, considerei isto um desrespeito enorme para comigo, se nao tinha interesse em vender o serviço, ao invés de transmitir desprezo, dizia alguma coisa diferente. HORRIVEL, NAO ACONSELHO A PARTE DO SPA. Parabens, estragaram o meu dia.

Situata a pochi minuti dalla Old Town e dalla *****, la struttura è molto grande ed è atta per accogliere moltissimi turisti. Internamente risulta essere un po’ datata ma con camere abbastanza ampie. Le pulizie giornaliere (non prima delle 5:00 del pomeriggio) mi sono sembrate veramente minime in quanto si limitavano esclusivamente al rifacimento del letto ed all’occorrenza alla sostituzione degli asciugamani sporchi, l’ angolo cottura era fornito di qualche stoviglia ma sprovvisto di sapone per piatti e non è mai stato pulito. Le due piscine sono sempre state in ordine e pulite. Il personale, non molto loquace, è risultato poco disposto ad ascoltare alcune nostre richieste a risolvere dei disagi avuti durante il soggiorno. La camera dei nostri amici emanava un forte olezzo dal bagno e nonostante fosse stato fatto tempestivamente presente al desk, non hanno fatto nulla per risolvere il problema.

Hotel à 15-20 minutes du centre à pied petit déjeuner très copieux avec fruits frais plus mitigée quant au buffet du soir : varié mais ... par contre restaurant sans fenêtre sur l'extérieur : déco sympa mais c'est tout de même surprenant Nous avons pris un appartement avec 1 chambre et les enfants dormaient dans le canapé lit - vue piscine et mer Piscine très grande et possibilité de manger au bar de l'hôtel le midi (attention même musique de fond plusieurs fois par jour et tous les jours ! - rébarbatif) possibilité de stationner près de l'hôtel sans payer le parking de l'hôtel (5€ par jour)

Hotel propre et tout le personnel est accueillant. Les chambres appartements sont de taille très correcte. La piscine extérieure et la terrasse sont grandes et bien équipées en transat. Bonne exposition au soleil. Dommage que la piscine intérieure d'atmosphère reposante, ne soit pas chauffée. Le buffet du petit déjeuner est très correct. Pain divers, bcp de fruits. Manque un jus de fruit frais, dommage. En revanche, le buffet du soir est très sommaire et pas très appétissant. La demie pension est décevante pour le coup. Concernant la situation géographique de l'hôtel, une voiture est nécessaire pour se déplacer car il n'est pas idéalement situé

Whilst at first when we checked in to this hotel we absolutely loved the hotel, the room was lovely and the pool too. However, on our second day when asking for an iron, my boyfriend was approached by the manager of the hotel. The manager was unhappy with my use of fake tan and felt it had made their towels ‘rubbish’ and had to be ‘binned’. Although a tan bottle had spilled in the room and we used the towel to clean the spill up (in which she was informed of this), she claimed other towels had been ruined with tan. In all hotel stays abroad if I got fake tan on the bed sheets or towels it has never been an issue, nor should it be. This led to me having to wash my towels in the sink with hot water and soap (to get the tan out), in which they washed right out. On a holiday, washing your own towels should not be an issue, nor should wearing fake tan surely in this day and age. We were not even provided with fresh towels until I rang reception to request them. The manager was abrupt and rude, despite my boyfriend apologizing for this inconvenience. We apologised for any inconvenience caused. Warm water gets tan out, after paying nearly €600 for this hotel an angry confrontation was not required. We also asked could a taxi be arranged the evening before our flight to alleviate stress in the morning as the hotel advertised a taxi service. But again, this was not feasible unless we got up at 8am, when our flight was an evening time? So unhelpful. I would not return to this hotel again.

Just back from a week here overall a very good clean hotel! Rooms were spotless and cleaned every day pool area was very clean pool bar was great and food was ok cocktails were great! Staff are very friendly there! Only downside we had was the breakfast it could have done with a little more variety but most of the week it was quiet and we were the only ones in there for breakfast! But once the weekend came breakfast was busy because of the hens and stags that were staying! I would return to this hotel as it’s pretty close to everywhere 15 minute walk from old town but rhe albifeira terrace shopping centre is a 2 minute walk and has pretty much everything you need there!

We stayed at the Luna Solaqua for a week in May and we have nothing but praise for the hotel and the staff. No request was too small. The hotel is kept immaculately clean, the apartments are a great size with large balcony in both the living area and the bedroom. The Reception staff are available 24/7. One day we wanted to book a taxi to take us to Faro Town and the reception suggested a private hire that they could book for us as it would be much cheaper, really appreciated this. Special shout out to Carlos on bar, all the staff provided excellent customer service but Carlos was always there with a friendly smile and conversation! He also recommend a great restaurant close by called La Em Casa where its buffet style serving and very reasonably priced, would recommend. The hotel itself is located only a short walk from the old town. Fantastic food every night! Convenient shopping centre with food shop called Albufeira Terrace across the road. Amazing Holiday!! 👏
