阿爾貝維爾麗怡飯店(Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Albertville, MN)

I would say that for best results management needs to be more on the grounds so that they can see what is being taken care of and what not because if you don’t tell somebody to do something it doesn’t get done

This property has high reviews which is why we chose to stay there. When we checked in we were shocked to find the room outdated and rundown, and the beds were uncomfortable. We only stayed one night and won’t stay there again. Our room was a suite with a separate bedroom (we paid more for it) and there was the sound of running water in the bedroom wall all night-like a drain pipe was in there. We let the front desk know and they were barely apologetic. Not worth the $200+ we paid for the night and we wouldn’t give this property more than a 7 rating (and that’s being generous).

Staff very friendly. Breakfast was excellent! The room was nice and comfy but had dust on the shelves below the tv on dresser so we didn’t put any clothes there. Shower around safety grab bar handles had black caulking around it or something. I thought it was mold but maybe the used black caulking instead of white or clear so it was noticeable. Very nice place though, I would stay again. Price was good! Close to restaurants and shopping and gas stations!

Our stay was great except for the pillows on the bed are very small and are quite soft, so they don't provide much support. They are the smallest pillows I have ever seen at a hotel. Everything else was to expectation. We didn’t stay for the breakfast so we don't have any comments there.

They could vacuum a little more often. They can ALSO give more shampoos and conditioners!!! I mean I asked and they gave them to me but they only give 1 shampoo. 1 conditioner and 1 bar if soap

Was not satisfied with the room location. We were located as far away from the front door as you could get, top floor and all the way to the end of the hallway. We’re seniors and we had a good room the last time we were there. The desk person didn’t seem to be very concerned about our problems.

Our family stayed for a wedding. Great accommodations and amenities. The breakfast gal was a sweetheart and very good at her job!!

Service was great. The people working were happy willing to assist with anything we needed. It was just pleasant conversing with the front staff that was not disgruntled. She was so nice and kind
