Friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast and buffet dinner.

This is the second time I have been to this hotel and it has been an absolute pleasure both times, I cannot recommend it enough. I am here on work so I do need the rest time after a hectic shift, the bed was perfect, the pillows let me wake up feeling refreshed. The staff have been fantastic, always smiling, always polite and very helpful. It is almost as though it is a family run hotel. I have had to extend my stay several times due to work extensions and it has never been an issue, it was taken care of immediately which sent my mind completely at ease. I'll be back again before the end of the year and I will definitely be checking in to the Coral Hotel Jubail for a third time. Absolutely 10/10. We have a company meeting in Coral jubail ate 8th floor meeting room is very nice and awesome view from top floor. Lunch buffet is very nice we enjoy a lot and service was is very good highly recommended

It was a very nice experience, good location, good service, good facility, good hospitality, and the hotel's outside view was so beautiful.

Facilities not good, like cleaning or no cross ventilation i got suffocated when i stay

Initially we had a problem with indian food.. The team heard our concern and rectified immediately .. Good responsive management. Overall experiecnce was good. Recommended . Party hall also available..
