One of the most unforgettable experience in my life! The hotel is beautiful situated! Our room is modern and clean! I enjoyed having a stroll in the beautiful garden! It was amazing to have wine tasting and Michelin starred dinner in the hotel. The entire experience was exclusive! I enjoyed staying in this chateau hotel with my husband. It’s one of the highlights in our honeymoon trip.

Этот замок 18-го века в Провансе был открыт как отель в 2019г. Находится недалеко от Ниццы, откуда я на своём быстром автомобиле доехал чуть больше, чем за час. Всё великолепно: большая, ухоженная территория, великолепный современный номер, шикарный спа и хорошо оснащённый спортивный зал. На территории есть несколько ресторанов, один из которых удостоен звезды мишлен. Отдельное спасибо персоналу за внимательное отношение к посетителям. Сюда, конечно же, стоит приезжать в компании прекрасной спутницы и уикенд будет наполнен романтикой!

Nous avons passé un séjour d'une nuit dans cet hôtel. La chambre était très bien et le personnel plutôt sympathique. Le restaurant le Art fut à nos attentes, en revanche énormément de points ont gâchés notre séjour. Premièrement, au restaurant la Source, on nous accepte pour le déjeuner à 13h45, mais le personnel fut désagréable, on nous fait ressentir que nous arrivions trop tard, que le service est bientôt fini. Les serveurs souffle; font du bruits pour ranger et faire la mise en place du soir... Les prix affichés à la piscine comme à la cave ne sont pas la réalité. Au moment de l'addition, les prix au augmenter, on le fait savoir, on nous répond que c'est comme ça et que les prix ont augmentés. Messieurs, Dames, quand vous présentez un prix à vos clients, même si ceux-ci ont augmenté entre temps; il est de votre responsabilité que de les pratiquer. Au moment du petit-déjeuner, nous commandons des pancakes au fruits, il en ressort 3 pancakes avec un cerise coupée en deux et un segment d'orange: AU FRUITS ? Réellement, ou est-ce prendre le client pour un pigeon ? Nous avions décidé initialement de ne pas mettre de commentaires sur TripAdvisor car nous avions fait un e-mail à la direction pour exprimer notre mécontentement et que celui-ci soit pour but d'améliorer l'expérience client, mais quand après un mois il n'y a toujours pas de réponse peut-être qu'ici l'impact sera plus conséquent.

Que dire et par où commencer ? Cet hôtel est sans aucun doute le lieu où l’on est obligé d’aller et de découvrir tellement il est hors du temps. Nous y sommes allés en famille. Chambre impeccable très silencieuse, propre rien a dire ! Nous avons dîné au K décoration magnifique, service parfait, qualité des plats exceptionnel. Le spa avec les massages parents/enfants original et parfait. Le petit déjeuner avec le pain et les viennoiseries maison à tomber par terre. Le restaurant la source idem, la dégustation des différents vins du domaine très interessante et enrichissante…..je vais pas tout citer juste qu’on a essayé de faire le tour histoire de trouver un truc moche, pas bien ….. rien à faire tout est parfait ! Tout tout est parfaitement impeccable !!! Merci à tous le personnel que nous avons croisé et qui font de ce lieu un endroit féerique ! Merci Trop hâte de revenir et d’essayer les 2 restaurants que nous n’avons pas pu faire !

The Chateau looks fantastic but we felt very let down after attending a recent "Dinner in the Vines" concert event. "Dinner" is not a tasteless picnic in a paper bag and wine at 40 euros a bottle is a downright rip off after we had paid 90 euros each for our tickets. We may be hopeless romantic but we had hoped for... Dinner in the vines! We are not serial miners but we had hoped for so much more after travelling 3 hours for a picnic

那真是一座又漂亮又美麗的城堡！看著照片讓我回想起住宿期間的美好回憶。 辦理入住的過程有點慢，但工作人員都很友好，而且總是樂於助人。 著名的米其林餐廳需要提前預訂。它太受歡迎了，以至於不可能在同一天走進去。內部裝潢很漂亮，整個莊園的景觀很漂亮，還有很多雕像，非常適合散步。 游泳池也非常漂亮、非常乾淨、維護舒適。 這裡還住著一隻可愛的貓。如果我再去普羅旺斯艾克斯，我肯定會再住在這裡。

My wife and I recently visited Provence for three nights, and stayed at Chateau de la Gaude because we had read great things about this relatively new hotel, and it seemed to offer a lovely, quintessentially French setting. This boutique hotel did fit what we were looking for in many ways, with its impeccably restored historic buildings that are fully updated and modern on the inside. However, we were disappointed with the service, which was simply not at the level of a true five-star hotel. Pre-Arrival Experience: Prior to our stay, I contacted the hotel by email on several occasions to help plan our stay. I asked for help in booking dinners and planning transfers, including from the airport on our arrival, and then to our next hotel on the Cote d’Azur at the end of our stay. I thought the transfer costs, while not cheap, were actually fair given what other hotels on our trip were charging for the same services. As an example, the airport transfer is 110€ each way, and other hotels were charging almost double that amount for similar distances between hotel and airport. The communication prior to arrival was great. Sarah in particular went out of her way to respond promptly to each of my inquiries, and I felt really confident that everything was well taken care of prior to arrival. I think this gave me a false sense of how service would be once we were there. Arrival Experience: We arrived at Marseille Airport on a morning flight, just before 10:00 am. The driver arranged by the hotel, Eric, was waiting for us with our name on a sign just outside of baggage claim, and he was just incredibly nice and welcoming. He took us out to a van and had us quickly on our way. He was also our driver to our next destination at the end of the trip, and I was so glad that the hotel had booked him on both ends of the trip. He was a great driver and just did a perfect job. The hotel’s website specifies that airport transfers will be in a Tesla Model X, and this was not that, but instead was a standard Mercedes van. We didn’t have a problem with it really, and like I said, we thought the driver was great. However, it could be disappointing to think you’re being picked up in a Tesla and not have that. The drive from Marseille Airport to the hotel was easy – just under 30 minutes at a time of day with minimal traffic. When we pulled into the property, I was a little surprised that none of the staff were around to greet us. Since we were arriving in a transfer booked by the hotel, it would have been easy to coordinate with the driver to be ready to welcome us. When I walked into the small lobby/reception area, the staff just seemed surprised to have an arriving guest. The staff member who checked us in did seem well-meaning though. She was helpful, and apologized profusely for the fact that our room was not yet ready, even though it was well before standard check-in time. She told us they would expedite room cleaning so we could have the room by noon, which w

Everyone was super kind and helpful. The place was not to mention full of beauty. Turndown service was also very nicely done. Only downside was family suite does not have a livingroom and has only one toilet which i did not know in advance.

J'ai passé une nuit et deux journée dans cet Hôtel. Les Chambres sont parfaites. Le service est raffiné et élégant. Les restaurants sont à la hauteur et le lieu est évidemment incomparable. L'endroit idéal pour lire se reposer loin du tumulte. Marc Olivier Deblanc

The most fantastic stay we have had ever. Every detail is perfection and service was above and beyond.
