It's a great time we spend with Sunway Manor Pondicherry. Following are the salient pros with the hotel 1) Beautiful premises 2) well appointed and superbly designed rooms 3) good ambience with the restaurants 4) nice bar 5) grand swimming pool 6) grand car parking facilities 7) polite and well behaved staff

Paid such huge amount for long weekend trip. Hotel has only raised prices but services were below average like breakfast buffet, room cleanliness, check out timings. You just can't increase the prices because of weekend. I believe services should also be of that level

It is a good hotel in Pondicherry but it too costly. The rooms are nice but WiFi speed is slow. The restaurant is just average. The waiter was ordered Omelett with buttered toast but he confused with something else and the chef made mess of it. Finally the floor manager helped me.

The resort is located in mid of snowy Mountains ,which looks breathtaking.mesmerising view. Staff is also very polite and well behaved.only 1 thing that they should provide some refreshments like tea for the drivers as well.Rest everything was good.keep up the good work.

Worst experience with the staff particularly the manager Lawrance. Booked a hall and dining for family function but they sold the dining room to another person without our knowledge and served us lunch outside a toilet waiting room with handwash inside small toilets. Food service was poor and not as advertised for the high charges. Will never ever recommend this place to anybody for their cheap double standards and flawed service.

The service was excellent right from the entry into the hotel. I liked the ambiance of the hotel at large. My room was comfortable and well-maintained with the bathroom spacious and clean. would certainly recommend the place to friends.

Stay was good, rooms are good, Food are costly. One major issue is that swimming training’s are going ideally it should be time bound so that guests are not disturbed. Here they don’t take care of this things

1.Room was clean and comfortable 2. Swimming pool was maintained well and free to access 3. Room services persons were quick and friendly

Property Food - Good (Had a wonderful breakfast) Location - Is in Superb located in peaceful place Facilities - Are good the Staffs are polite and ready for services

just a warning for future customers who are decided to stay in this property please take a photo of the fridge items and snacks because they will try to charge u for something that u have not consumed during checkout if u have proof of not consuming it u will be save but the food of the restaurant is good

All good, we are the regular customer of Sunway manor. good hospitality, room service is fantastic. food is good but costly. only issue is free wifi not working at all most of the time. otherwise fantastic place to stay and breakfast is ultimate.

It was very good experience except the food which was super costly and not good quality and tasty. There was no much option for Indians

It was really nice experience. I remembered I felt I’ll during the stay and they arranged medicine for me to make me better. Really nice gesture….🥰🥰🥰🥰
