Very rude staff, tried to charge extra for the room due to "hidden charged" they could not mention. Refused to refund us the money we had already paid. Not a safe area at night either. Do not stay here, the room he showed us was dirty, had broken floor tiles and smelt of damp

Very horrible experience. Old and ill serviced lift facility .Trapped in lift for 5 mts. God saved us . Bathrooms have no vipers. Once you get in ,only 1 litre water is free ,rest you have to pay . Before ,lunch time ,you can't get anything except tea .I never recommend anywhere to be get trapped in toxic nexus of hotel chain.

Washbasin tap is licked & noisily, bed sheet & quilt is not good must be change, towels are very old & only 4 vehicles can Park in premises.
