甜蜜生活 - 奢華別墅飯店(La Dolce Vita - Luxury House)

Sono già stato in questo hotel 5 6 anni fa e data la.buona impressione ci sono tornato. Ma.l impressione positiva è l unica sensazione che rimane... perxhe - il lato umano è sparito. I proprietari a quel.tempo gentilissimi hanno lasciato il posto a una messaggistica fredda burocratica e da agenzia delle entrate - la camera ha una bella immagine quello.si.. sicuramente d impatto ma il bagno è degradato.. un bidet che non è ancorato a terra ma ballerino .. la.doccia con poca pulizia e l uscita dal piatto ha uno scalino impegnativo e difficile per persone anziane . . - il messaggio con le indicazioni si è ben guardato di comunicare che era la giornata di San Calogero.. : sino alle due di notte un delirio sia per l impossibilità di accedere ai parcheggi che di poter godere di riposo. Per non parlare dell.accesso alla.stwnza effettuato verso la una di notte. L accesso è impegnativo ma già lo sapevo è il resto che da fastidio. Se non cambia la situazione .. non è consigliabile.

Super chambre ! Bien située, très spacieuse et avec belle déco. La chambre dispose également de tous les équipements nécessaires comme le wifi, un mini frigo, et une TV.

Avoid this place! The B&B is only a B. There was no breakfast with the Bed, and we were informed of this only at the last minute. Parking is 50 steps up a steep stone stairway with no railing, and this is a huge problem if you have luggage. Again, we were not informed of this in advance. No shower mat, no soap in shower, the bathroom faucet squirts in all directions. The owner was completely absent and indifferent. Decor resembles a decadent Belle Epoque house of pleasure. However, the pleasure and comfort of the visitor seems to have no place in the mind of the owner.

B&b in centro ad Agrigento, balcone che affaccia su una piazzetta carin di fronte ad una chiesa. Per arrivarci si accede o dalle scale vicino alla chiesa oppure dal retro dopo aver parcheggiato l'auto nell'unico posto vicino non a pagamento. Location molto curata che ti porta in epoca rinascimentale; peccato per la colazione che non è stata possibile a causa di imprevisti del titolare. Check in fatto "a distanza", self check-in, un po' impersonale

We booked the best room in the property, but what a mistake. The location across the street from the train station seemed ideal, but it requires a climb up five steep stories to get to it. Forty-one (41) steps and no elevator! What a surprise. If you arrive when it’s raining, no cover, either. The marble steps are slick when wet and it is a long way down if you fall. The Covid years have not been kind to smaller properties like this one. The two nights we stayed, the temperature dropped into the high 30s and there was no heat except for a small, loud 5-inch plastic heater we ran all night. We slept in our clothes and we did not shower until the second day when we had the time to let the small heater run a good long while in the bathroom to warm it up. We complained to the landlord right away, who promised to fix the old wall heat/ac the next day, but then he conveniently “forgot.” So the second night we tried the heat in the two other rooms that were unlocked in the property and it did not work in any of them, either. We slept a second night in our clothes with an extra blanket, too. The room we rented had an exceptional view of the ancient church next door. To the property’s credit, we had hot running water and the rooms were clean. I asked for a credit for the troubles we experienced, but the owner never responded. In all my years of travel, I have never encountered a property without heat for two nights. This property’s best days may be behind it. Be aware.

La Dolce is decent place. Very well situated, only across the street to the main commercial street. However, to bill as a “luxury” house is a misnomer. The room photos are accurate but it is not luxurious by far, Very little soundproofing so you can hear your other 2 neighbors. Bed is comfortable. The private external bathroom is right across from the breakfast table, so can be awkward. Parking is street parking behind the hotel and wasn’t bad in winter

Sono stato invogliato a prenotare perché le recensioni erano buone. Purtroppo per mia poca attenzione la camera riservata era senza bagno !! In effetti il bagno era fuori della camera in altro locale. Inoltre arrivarci e compito non facile, sia per il parcheggio che per arrivare alla camera, ci sono da salire numerosi scalini !!! certamente per coppie giovani e atletiche può andare bene!!!

Wir hatten leider großes Pech, dass unser Flug kurzfristig storniert wurde und wir die Reise nicht antreten konnten. Alle anderen gebuchten Unterkünfte zeigten sich kulant und kamen uns mit der Stornierungsgebühr entegegen, diese Unterkunft aber nicht. Die Antwort ließ mehrere Tage auf sich warten und kam dann sehr unfreundlich und keinerlei entgegenkommend. Aufgrund dieser Erfahrung würde ich nicht mehr diese Unterkunft buchen.

The hotel is in an excellent position, very close to the station and close to the centre storico. The furnishings and fittings are very quirky but well done. It was very good value for money. We found the hands-off approach rather disconcerting but it worked well enough.
