The staff was very polite and welcoming. Rooms were clean. There was a problem with the WiFi and they changed me to a different room with better WiFi. The internet speed of WiFi was not very great but it was okay. The intercom was not working in both the rooms I stayed in. The location of the hotel is good. It is close to the beach (just at a walking distance). For the taxi driver, it was hard to find the hotel. The prices of the food in restaurant were reasonable. But they took a lot of time to prepare.

We first went to this resort in August 2022. At that time, we were blown away by the amazing service, amenities, and overall experience. I wish I would’ve made a review at that time. The general manager made an effort to greet us and made us feel like true vips even though we really weren’t haha. Top notch service! Had I made a review, it would’ve been a five star plus. We have stayed at many fairmont and have accor diamond status but this resort is up there with our favorites. We loved the resort so much that we had to come back. It’s not the easiest trip for us as we are from Canada, but it is well worth the journey. That being said, please don’t let the distance discourage you as it really is only one connection from many cities in Europe. We flew direct from Calgary to Barcelona stayed there for five days and then took the flight over to Agadir. We were picked up at the airport by our lovely driver, Youssef. He was professional and friendly. The traffic in Agadir can be somewhat erratic, but Youssef was very safe and made us feel secure. If you get a driver ask for Youssef 10/10 recommend. When we arrived at the resort, we were greeted by a lovely team who met us with welcome drinks and cool towels. They right away made us feel like we were at home. We had booked a one bedroom ocean view suite but they upgraded us to a spectacular two bedroom suite that overlooked the resort/ocean. We never expected this upgrade, but what a treat. We are so thankful! The room was meticulous and everything we could have wanted was there. Housekeeping and room service were very attentive and responded quickly to any request that we had. Every staff member greeted us with a warm smile. The beach and facilities are top-notch. We never had any issues getting any beach chairs. The beach attendants were very attentive and always made sure that we had enough shade from the sun. They were constantly adjusting our umbrella and ensuring we had enough towels. One service that we particularly enjoyed was the glasses cleaning service. Every morning, a lovely young man would come down and offer to clean our glasses at the beach. He even cleaned our young daughter’s sunglasses and they have never been cleaner. I wish I would’ve got his name and I wish I would’ve gotten the names of the beach staff as they were all incredible and deserve recognition. As for dining, the food is incredible. The breakfast buffet offers a lovely array of fresh fruits, to die for pastries, made to order eggs, and many Moroccan dishes. Once again, the staff at the breakfast restaurant was very attentive constantly checking to see if we needed more coffee or juice. The beef and refresh restaurant is a lovely atmosphere and offers some tasty food. The new restaurant paper moon, was to die for. The assistant manager is a treasure. She came and chatted with us for several minutes, sharing interesting details about the resort and talking about her background. She spoke several languages and
This is by far the oddest hotel experience of my life. The Hilton Tagazhoute is by far the nicest Hilton I've ever not stayed in, or certainly not completed a stay in. We had rented a lovely apartment almost next to the hotel and every day we went to either the beautiful Calypso club or the main hotel restaurants. Looking back through my credit card statement it was three lunches, one amazing dinner and three 'just for drinks & snacks' visits. We'd made friends with the staff, my son had been invited to surf with the waiters and we'd been treated like friends by everyone. As a treat for my last night I decided to book a room using some Hilton points. The idea was to enjoy the hotel properly and enjoy the room for a comfortable nights sleep. All going to plan and the hotel welcomed me even at 12.30...a bit cheeky, but I was genuinely excited to make the most of it. My room was amazing, sea view, super comfy bed and to top it all I was invited to a buffet on the terrace by the team. It started to go super weird about 2 hrs later when my son (who had been in the hotel 4-5 times already) came through the beach entrance and was pursued by a pretty grumpy looking security guard. He gesticulated and shouted that we must leave as we weren't guests and couldn't use the pool. An understandable mistake and it was easily rectified when I showed him my room key. All calm again. We went up to my room and at five o'clock we were treated to complimentary drinks in the bar, so far so amazing. We went out for dinner about a mile away and at some point I recall hearing some pretty loud music. I was hoping it was nowhere near the hotel but on arriving back it was obvious it was in the hotel grounds, full club music, light show, dancing. For additional context the Hilton is not a beach club vibe hotel and with average rates of over $250 a night not likely to attract a beach club crowd. We had some drinks hoping that as advertised the club would close at 11pm. By 11.30 it had only become louder and I knew I wasn't going get any sleep. At this stage I asked my son to wait whilst I grabbed my case. At this point the same security guard ran across the hotel lobby shouting at us to 'go to reception, go to reception' not entirely sure why. I packed my case and by the time I'd made it to reception there were 2 other guests complaining about the music. They were offered rooms on the other side of the hotel not overlooking Calypso where the music was coming from. It's now well after midnight and when I asked to check out I was told I couldn't and must either pay or get a different room. A bit of a stand off ensued with a further 2 guests joining the queue to complain. Finally my room was refunded and I had to walk back in the dark to our apartment, where, yes, ironically I could still hear the music! This has to be the oddest experience of my numerous Hilton stays. Still no idea what had rattled the security guard so much that he was so hostile
Pre arrival We experienced excellent pre arrival service. The Duty manager Azzelarab emailed us and recognised our loyalty and ensured to check in regarding any special requests prior to our arrival Check in Courteous and professional staff members at reception checked us in promptly, welcoming us with Moroccan tea before showing us to our beautiful room. Reception The reception area is aesthetically pleasant and modern. The vibe at the hotel is also pleasant. Room Breathtakingly beautiful terrace suite with sunrise and sunset views. This room is the best appointed and I could not recommend it more. We came with our extended family and they were sure to arrange the rooms together and this was a huge benefit with the children. The rooms are beautiful and spacious, very modern and with all the amenities needed. The sunset in the evening is the absolute icing on the cake. They surprised us with a birthday cake and a lovely celebration which made us feel so special. We have traveled to over 50 cities and the hospitality at Hyatt regency taghazout has to be amongst the best we experienced. Kids club Kids enjoyed the kids club but we didn’t use it extensively because they wanted to constantly be in the pool! They did pony riding, bracelet making and colouring. There were other activities like water splash, beach activity, tug of war etc. There is a large trampoline beside the kids club which is a good touch for a hotel of this size. There is also a games room and cinema, as well as evening entertainment. Food With the kids being young, we generally ended up ordering kids room service. Restaurants don’t always work for us because of the children’s limited concentration span! The restaurants did look good but we didn’t get to try them. They were well appointed and Sud had lovely views of the sea and beach. We had access to the club regency lounge which had soft drinks and canapés in the evening. Abdel Rahim in the lounge was very professional and courteous. Breakfast A vast array of items for breakfast of high quality. Excellent service and quality, and things were always replenished. The breakfast sitting was busy but did not feel chaotic. Sometimes the pancake and egg station had queues with long waits so maybe this can be looked into. Maryam and Khadija were always super helpful and remembered our breakfast preferences. They were very pleasant, friendly and always accommodating. My sister was ill one day and Shaima B brought her lemon and honey water without us requesting it. It’s these little touches that make such a difference. Management The service as mentioned above has to be amongst the best we have experienced. We have traveled far and wide including luxurious resorts in Mauritius and the Maldives, however the Moroccan hospitality experienced here at Hyatt Regency Taghazout has to be commended for its excellence. The service and staff are this hotels greatest asset and should be commended for their hospitality. They ha
Hotel Paradis Plage offers a beautiful holiday experience. The hotel’s surf school is outstanding, with incredibly skilled and pedagogical teachers. This was a perfect learning environment for the 10 days I spent surfing, which included surf guiding and surf trips. Special mention goes to Ibrahim for his exceptional teaching skills and infectious energy which clearly contributed to the memorable surf experience. Issmail deserves recognition for making our stay truly remarkable, organizing trips, recommending excellent restaurants and places to visit, as well as ensuring that our family was well taken care of throughout our time in Imi Ouaddar. Paradis Plage’s well-appointed rooms are very clean and comfortable. The professional spa has an inviting atmosphere for relaxation. Proximity to the beach, transats and a zen garden with hammocks add to the allure of this hotel. The delicious diverse and fresh breakfast buffet is a perfect start to the day. The friendly personnel consistently provided great service with a smile, adding to the overall positive vibe of the hotel. Thank you everyone at Hotel Paradis Plage, for a superb stay - see you again soon!
訪訪客用戶Hotel is in a great position, 5 mins to the beach and beach front restaurants. Rashid organised a couple of trips for us which were great. Room was cleaned everyday with fresh towels, small balcony, sadly ours didn't get the sun! Pool area had plenty of sunbeds, lovely pool but cold at this time of year, we did vrave it though! Breakfast was fine, we didn't have any other meals as we like to go out and eat. We would stay again, a great place for some winter sunshine.
訪訪客On entry of the room, I just felt the cleanliness was subpar. There were stains on the floor of the bathroom - it just didn't seem to be hotel quality cleanliness. Otherwise it was a good room with a fridge and flat screen TV. I used to smell cigarette smoke in my room and wondered where it was coming from - I realised it was coming from the room next door through a door connecting the rooms as the lady there was smoking. Breakfast was a buffet with a range of cooked foods such as fried eggs, doughnuts, Moroccan pancakes and Moroccan soups as well as cold dishes such as yoghurt, pastries, salad. There was also a coffee/hot chocolate machine. Some aspects of the breakfast were good such as doughnuts and Moroccan pancakes but I found eggs under seasoned. The plates sometimes looked dirty with specks on them and stains. At night there was entertainment organised by the hotel in the centre of the hotel (singing through a microphone and dancing). The problem is that hotel is a massive circle with all the rooms basically facing a central space. This was where the loud entertainment was. On my first night, there was still music till at around 11pm. I felt this was unacceptable. Overall the hotel seems like a place with lots of potential, it's a shame that staff have let things slip in certain areas such as cleanliness and noise.
77continentexplorerThe staff here are very friendly and attentive. Fluent in many languages including English. Room is spotless clean and serviced each day. The property is modern yet has a nice Moroccan beach vibe. Quiet and black out curtains for uninterrupted sleep. Cooking is easy in the suite with good sized fridge, microwave, dishes and dual hot plate. Would definitely return.
GGraham KeithThis is a lovely hotel. Not far from the beach, bus station within a short walk. Nice staff and good food. My room was very nice. I would recommend it.
訪訪客用戶Do not stay here under any circumstances. I arrived this week to a hotel under construction with very loud guests partying with their hotel door open at 7pm. The hotel staff were present and aware of the noise and disturbance but chose to ignore so when I asked the guest to close his door, he got irrate and incredibly aggressive and him and his two party guests threatened me and followed me to the elevator. Reception also confirmed they heard this altercation but chose not to assist. I told reception I was checking out as I didn’t feel safe in the hotel having been threatened within the first 15 mins of my arrival, no apology was offered, it was in fact demanded that I paid the hotel tax before I left to find another hotel (at twice the price because of booking last minute). The hotel have refused to refund the 4 nights I prepaid despite the issues at their hotel, also no apology or explanation. If you want peace and quite / to be safe and not surrounded by **** guests or spineless employees - DO NOT STAY HERE
