阿加迪爾蒂基達宮殿 RIU(Riu Palace Tikida Agadir)

Hôtel et personnel sympa malgré les désagréments à notre arrivée à cause de l’agence de réservation, je conseil fortement l’hôtel ( nourriture à améliorer , avec plus de plats traditionnels)

Excellent hotel but too large for us. The dining rooms were mobbed by people with heaped plates they couldn't possibly consume. Food wastage was uncomfortable to witness We won't go all inclusive again

What a great hotel! First impressions were that this is a huge complex, the rooms are a good size and the view from the balcony was lovely. The pool is a good size, sometimes the sun beds get taken up very quickly but the pool staff are very helpful in finding one (you can reserve them apparently so find out about that if you're there). The entertainment team are exceptional! always full of energy, they have lots of things planned throughout the day like darts, exercise classes, bingo etc and then the evening entertainment is different on a daily basis. Hats off to them as a lot of the staff work throughout the day and then onto the evening but are still full of energy. If there could be any points of improvement id say its important to have an irons readily available (i was on a waiting list and i didnt get a response luckily i found a lovely lady who let me borrow her iron as all my clothes were creased). I would also say it would be great if we were explicitly informed that pork is served at this hotel (being a Muslim country everything else is halal) as i realised only when i happened to look up to the name tag and a saw a picture of a pig, which made me conscious of other items as they didn't always have the correct name tags.

The staff here is the glue that holds it altogether. The property is very nice, but our air conditioning didn’t work and the hotel didn’t do anything to fix it. After complaining a second time, the offered to move us to a room with two single beds, not acceptable. The food is very limited and not of the quality we have had at other higher end A.I resorts and the drinks were not nice. All of the spirits had a very acrid flavour, meaning nice cocktails were out of the question. Overall, a disappointing stay, due to maintenance issues and poor quality food and drink. The staff were amazing though and we cannot rate them highly enough.

Grand.et magnifique hôtel, bien placé face à la mer et proche de tout. Nous y avons très buen mangé tout au long de la semaine. Vous avez la possibilité de manger une fois pendant votre séjour au 2 autres restaurants servis à table l'un marocain et l'autre français-européen. Les chambres sont spacieuses, pensez à prendre des pantoufles car le sol est froid et les pantoufles ne sont pas fournies ni les peignoirs, dommage. Le vin à table et les boissons aux bars en AI sont tout à fait correct. La piscine est magnifique mais l'eau était très froide en mai vs avez la possibilité d'aller à la piscine couverte dans l'hôtel. L'hôtel commence à vieillir un peu mais est encore à mon goût le mieux à Agadir j'y retournerai rapidement.

Flott stort strandhotell som absolutt kan anbefales videre. Meget bra utvalg av mat og drikke på dette all inclusive resortet. God service!

L'emplacement est très sympa. Promenade le long de la mer juste devant, quelques magasins et restaurants autour. C'est agréable. Pour l'hôtel, c'était notre première fois dans le RIU Palace Agadir. Nous avions testé précédemment le Palace Taghazout. Et il n'y a pas photo entre les 2!!! Au Palace Agadir, les installations sont vraiment vieillissantes. Rideaux arrachés dans les chambres, insonorisation inexistante entre les étages, lits dur comme des planches… Résultat, au bout de 3 nuits catastrophiques, entre la voisine qui marchait en talons au dessus qu'il soit 13h ou 3h du matin, et le lit trop dur, nous avons dû aller voir la réception pour trouver une solution car j'ai cru que nous allions partir… Solution : 2 surmatelas sur le lit et c'est tout.… Donc bof! A refaire, je retournerais sans hésitation à Palace Taghazout en laissant loin de nous le Palace Agadir. C'est dommage! Cependant, le point très positif de cet hôtel réside dans la gentillesse de son équipe. Adorable!! C'est à souligner!!! Heureusement qu'ils sont là, car sincèrement c'est la première fois que j'étais épuisée au réveil et que je rêvais de partir!

Nous avons séjourné pour la quatrième fois au Riu Tikida Palace et nous avons toujours été aussi satisfaits. Le personnel est aux petits soins. Le séjour a été agréable et reposant. La formule all inclusive facilite grandement les choses. La situation en bordure de plage et proche de la ville est un atout. Les navettes pour les golfs sont appréciables.

C est un paradis !!!séjour magnifique à tous les points de vues grandes et belles chambres coin piscine un rêve Seul petit bémol les chambres le hall d accueil et les couloirs manquent cruellement de lumière quel dommage car tout est tellement beau et étudié pour avoir fait de notre séjour un souvenir inoubliable . Nous sommes pressés d y retourner
