貝爾維尤公園飯店及水療中心(Bellevue Parkhotel & Spa)

This was my second time in this Hotel, and again We loved it. This hotel is amazing. We live the home furnishing details, the nice design, fantastic use of materials, cosy, modern and contemporary. The Rooms are fantastic in every detail, nice furniture, good beds, and amazing views on Adelboden and surrounding. The staff i very friendly and helpful in everything. They very much appreciated we visit them again. The halfboard is in one word “excellent” every day the menu de jour gives many dishes to choose from. A very nice spa, swimming pool and outdoor salt water pool 34c nice and warm to enjoy the view. Several saunas and rest areas. We had a fantastic stay and will come back definitely.

Wir waren bereits schon 3 Mal im Bellevue und waren immer begeistert. Der Spa Bereich ist sehr gross und wir lieben den Pool draussen mit dem herrlichen Blick auf die Berge. Ebenfalls lieben wir gutes Essen und wurden auch hier immer sehr verwöhnt mit der verschiedenen Auswahl. Das Frühstücks Angebot ist auch sehr lecker.

Das Hotel überzeugt immer wieder auf ganzer Linie. Stilvoll eingerichtete Zimmer, sehr freundliches und aufmerksames Personal, erstklassige Küche, ein schöner SPA Bereich und ein fantastisches Blick auf die Engstligenfälle. Ein Ort zum Entspannen und auch aktiv sein in den Bergen.

arrivée périlleuse suis une neige abondante : l'accès pentu à l'hôtel n'est pas possible à tout véhicule . Toutefois la personne qui nous a accueillis dans un français impeccable s'est empressée de trouver une solution pour que nos bagages puissent être acheminés. La suite ne fut que pur bonheur. Belle chambre avec magnifique terrasse et belle vue( le nom de l'hôtel n'est pas usurpé), très agréable spa, Mais les deux gros points forts concernent le personnel, très chaleureux et impliqué, et la cuisine savoureuse, de l'entrée au dessert (avec des envolées gustatives et créatives dignes d'un étoilé. Une machine à café eut été appréciée dans la chambre, mais son absence pousse à fréquenter le bar de l'établissement très confortable. Un retour au printemps ou en été est déjà envisagé.

Wir buchten eine 4 für 3 Übernachtungsangebot neben der Saison und nutzen überwiegenend den Wellnessbereich um etwas auszuspannen. Die Hotelanlage wie auch das Zimmer waren sehr sauber und Hygienisch. Das Restaurant war nicht nur lecker es war ein kulinarisches erlebnis welches ich so noch nie erlebt hatte. Es waren bilder welche lecker waren und satt machten (bin ein viel esser ;)) Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvor kommend. Die Preise sind sonst eher etwas hoch was nicht immer in unser Budget passt und die Zimmer sind früh ausgebucht. Aber man kann sich so ein erlebenis durchaus mal gönnen.

I called the night before my arrival and was told that I would have to walk from the bus station to the hotel. It was not easy as uphill and I had two bags. When i arrived ( rather hot amd bothered), the receptionists said I should have called them to pick me up! Once checked in, I called reception three times and room service (there is no mini bar) and no k e picked up. I was told the phone system was not working (although they did get it operating). Electric sockets in hotel were not standard and required an special adapter/extension cord that I had to acquire about. It worked at the beginning, but could not charge my iphone in the morning. Service at Breakfast table was utilitarain..never asked if I wanted a hot dish. Had the hotel drive me back to train station, but had carry my bags down a flight of stairs and to the car, as the driver walked in front of me. Otherwise, the service was efficient, but certainly not friendly. I will go elsewhere next time

Wow what a country, village and hotel! Booked to stay elsewhere pre covid which was booked and the BV was recommended. It was a luxurious high quality stay and we couldn’t fault it. Its a very traditional Swiss offering, the rooms were stunning and the food exceptional. Adelboden is so special we absolutely fell in love.

We stayed at the Bellevue Parkhotel & Spa for a week to use as a base for hiking. The hiking in Adelboden is fantastic and if you go in June, you'll see all the wildflowers. The hotel was simply perfect. Our room (411) was spacious, comfortable, and quiet. We did half-board and were delighted with the meals--the Chef is very inspired and each night, we cleaned our plates. The views from the dining room were jaw-dropping. We enjoyed the pool and spa area too. Everything was perfect and we will definitely be back!

Rather a disappointment compared to a year ago. In my point of view not a a 4 star hotel. The Check in was short and not very welcoming. I missed the sentence: “ Did you have a good journey? Welcome back to our hotel. Instead after a long wait,” Here is your key, the room is on the right side of the building. The room wasn’t ready till 15:30 although check in is 15:00 We booked a classic junior suite which was in a poor state. The room is small, shabby carpet, horrible mauve sofa and every piece of furniture had a piece or two missing. The bathroom was worn out, had a whole in the wood in the window frame and the shower was missing a tile. The previous year we stayed in a privilege Suite which was in a much better condition. Although here the bathrooms are very dark and the shower leaked. As a repeater we expect a better table. The food was not of the same standard than last year. There is no choice between fish or meat for the main course, there is just one main course and the alternative is vegetarian. Not quiet what I expect of a hotel member of Relais et Château. The service on the whole was friendly and efficient. However the reception could do with improvement. On the whole the hotel is overrated and overpriced. Shame really. The location is super and very quiet.
