Great hotel, good ambiance, staff is very cordial and cooperative. Rooms are good, clean and very comfortable.as it has Indian restaurant I had the chance to taste the food which is good and delicious.I enjoyed my stay for 2 days. Not clean No diner Rotten breakfast Broken equipment in rooms No WiFi !! Simply the best place to stay in Addis if you want a caveman experience with a free tourista as a souvenir when you’re back home.

The place is falling apart. Average neighbourhood, terrible food, poor rooms. The personnel is not professional. I Did not chose it though. Ethiopian Airlines sent me there; Ethiopian airlines should be more careful checking the hotels they are sending their passengers to.

Los lugares comunes están bien pero las habitaciones no. No nos pusieron ni toallas en el cuarto. Una lampara no funcionaba, la heladera hacía un ruido atronador y la cortina no tapaba toda la ventana. El wifi solo funcionaba de manera intermitente. Hasta que llegaron los pintores. Se pusieron a pintar los pasillos y cuartos a pesar de que tenían huéspedes. Ruidos, un olor a pintura que te mareaba. No lo recomiendo.

This stay was set up by Ethiopian Airlines because I had an overnight stay in Addis. I had heard only good things about this program. But the Dreamliner has seen better days. The carpets are old and dingy. The walls dented and marked and in desperate need of a paint job. You get one towel in the bathroom. The mirror wasn’t clean. There was a footprint on my sheet. The phone wasn’t plugged in. I asked to be moved because the carpet in my first room needed to be vacuumed. The new room’s bathroom sink was peeling. It was dingy and depressing.

This hotels ranks low in my book. In my years of travel I have stayed in a wide range of hotels and not all 5 stars- this however comes in at my lowest ranking. The service is pitiful- subpar at best. With the staff acting inconvenienced or disturbed by your visit. The food was not fit for my pet but worse than that was the dismissive service which squarely sat at rude! They offered 2 meal selections- pasta tinged with tomato sauce and a really putrid smelling fish dish with rice. Please note that they provided no description of the dish nor offered any preparation guidance. They simply said, “ fish or spaghetti”. No vegetables, no dessert and room temperature water without the offer of a glass. Again, it was the poor service that tipped me over the edge! The 2 dozen or so travelers in my group returned plates uneaten. The late arrival didn’t allow for a plan B at a different restaurant nor hotel! The rooms themselves were dimly lit and a bit lack luster but were note the greatest issue. Poor customer service says it all. The hotel is part of the complex travel created by Ethiopian Airlines which forces several planes full of people a day to spend the night in aging and struggling establishments until dawn before offering a connecting flight. This ecosystem allows mid tier hotels with lackluster accommodations to continuously book rooms each night! This is not the way to create or encourage tourism!

I stayed there for one night, as a part of a long duration Ethiopian Airlines filght. The room was old and with the aminities quite basic. The internet connection was unstable. The dinner was too simple. No menu, nothing written. You have no idea what are you eating. For drink: only water, if you ask for. The overall experience did not look compatible to a U$ 1,300 ticket.

Once you arrive at the hotel there is not even a signal, The Van doenst have logo of the hotel... room # 706 the shower doesnt work !! (no water at all) The meal plan by layover (by Ethiopian) at hotel was fish & rice and a bottle of water. transfer back to airport next day was ok.

Being kicked out of the lobby is extremely humiliating. If you stay too long, even if they are quiet, the staff (security or a bell attendant) will kick you out. For a variety of reasons, I was not expecting such a perplexing approach.
