I recently stayed at this hotel for 5 days with a group of scholars. Unfortunately, upon our departure, I discovered that two pairs of my designer shoes (Fendi and Dolce & Gabbana) were missing. Despite my insistence that I left them in the room, the hotel staff swore that I did not. Additionally, one of my colleagues had money stolen during our stay, which still hasn't been returned. After spending thousands of dollars at this hotel, I strongly recommend future guests to be extremely vigilant with their belongings. The management has denied any responsibility, but it's evident there's a serious issue. For a more secure experience, please consider staying elsewhere.

Ich kann die anderen positiven Bewertungen nicht ganz nachvollziehen. Aufgrund von Veranstaltungen in Akkra waren die Hotels zu meiner Zeit ausgebucht, ich war zuvor in einem andern Hotel. Der Zimmerpreis lag bei stolzen 190 Dollar/Nacht, dafür erwartet man dann anderes. Positiv: schöne, große und saubere Zimmer, schönes Bad/Dusche, 2 gratis Wasserflaschen täglich, Room service war wirklich gut. Nahe zum Flughafen. Negativ: Service im allgemeinen schlecht und unaufmerksam (Restaurant, Bar mit einer Ausnahme). Beispiel: Ich sagte bei jeder Bestellung, ich möchte kein Eis, aber das Glas kam immer mit Eis. Bar und Restaurant machen übrigens bereits um 22 Uhr zu. Für a la card Essen wurde man an die Bar verwiesen, das Restaurant war offenbar nur für Gäste vorgesehen, die das teurere Buffet wollten. Essen wurde teilweise lauwarm serviert. Keine Führung / kein Oberkellner erkennbar. Ganz schlechtes Wifi, da war ein zweites Gästenetz sichtbar, für das man aber auch auf Nachfrage keinen Zugang bekam. Der Pool wurde kurzerhand für "normale" Gäste 3 Tage lang gesperrt bzw. wurde für Konferenzteilnehmer reserviert ("private event"). Die öffentlichen Toiletten (lobby) wurden nicht regelmässig gereinigt. Mein Kollege hatte ebenfalls 5 Tage gebucht, nach 3 Tagen wurde ihm gesagt, er hätte nur 3 Tage gebucht, man hätte kein Zimmer mehr für ihn (zum Glück hatte er die Original-Buchung). Etc.

The note about the Public Washrooms was also addressed with our Executive Housekeeper and additional staffing will be deployed to this area during the busy times. WiFi - Unfortunately with the severed cable in the Ivory Coast Area, Africa as a whole has been affected with internet connectivity - This was and is an issue that is out of our hands was explained to all our guests in a letter that was delivered to your room. The 2 networks comes from the same feed - The 2ns is for day visitors and you can only gain access by paying for a passcode. Due to the high volume of guests having our Buffet, we moved all our A la Carte Guests to our newly renovated bar. Apologies - Due to the large function, the Pool was closed for 2 days and an alternative swimming area arranged (together with transport) at our sister Hotel - This was also communicated via a letter in your room. Really great hotel, quiet and friendly staff with a lovely garden and pool. The gym wasn't operational, but the staff reassured me that new equipment was on order and it would be open soon. I asked about recycling of the many plastic water bottles used, and had a speedy and personalised reply from the staff reassuring me that they recycle all the bottles and are considering solar panels... great to hear!

Fabulous room, one of the best I’ve stayed in. A walk in huge rain shower in a modern tiled bathroom with separate WC. Huge bed with the best pillows. A lounge area with comfortable couch and seats. Huge room with TV, air conditioning, fridge, safe. Clean and carpeted. Modern lighting. Fantastic. Breakfast was ok, choice of bakery items, freshly made omelettes, salad, fruits, porridge and hot cooked breakfast. Didn’t use the pool but it looked nice, albeit quite overlooked by the rooms. Location excellent, close to airport (free airport shuttle was provided), close to Accra Mall and walking distance to Djorwulu area with many shops and restaurants. Overall it would have been 5 star but it felt very much like a business hotel, with lots of business people and conferences. For us as a couple it felt less of a holiday destination. But a great place to stay for a couple of nights.

It’s really nice & clean hotel.. rooms are new & big enough..: bathrooms, beds, towels all are very comfortable… WiFi is excellent .. morning breakfast is good.. all staff are very supportive specially Mr. Herry, he is very polite & humble guy.. we have enjoyed our stay.. thank you

Probably the best place I have stayed at in Accra. The staff are very patient and always ready to provide service. The rooms are clean and spacious. The beds are super comfy. I like that the restaurant has an option for outdoor sitting with a good variety of food and drinks.

After a month I cancelled my stay at the hotel, I still didn't get a refund for a free cancellation booking. Already wrote the hotel 2x, and got a response that they would process the refund, but no action so far.

I stayed at the Fiesta Royale whilst in town for a conference. Although it is a little out of the city centre it is close to the airport and the location is good. The hotel is clean and the rooms are big. The restaurant food was above average but some meals were not great. The buffet breakfast however was always decent. I had time to enjoy the pool which was warm like a bath. Good gym as well. I hope to return when I am next in Accra.

Stayed at the Fiesta Royale because Turkish Airline cancelled our flight. It was a very stressful 4 days not just for us but for the staff. They kept clam and remained helpful throughout the whole trip. Thank you! The Fiesta Royale is a lovely hotel, the food was great! A different variety everyday. The pool area is nice and clean we really enjoyed it. The rooms are really spacious, clean(cleaned everyday) fully air conditioned and the tv showed the best movie. All in all very happy with this hotel.

i stayed in this hotel for 2 nights at the end of january, i find it a good hotel overall, i travel a lot over africa this was one of the good hotels i stayed in, room was very good, i couldn't find a reason to separate toilet from shower in two rooms! food was good, service was fine, rates is very high but i found that in most Accra's hotels! location was in the town not a remote area, not very far form airport, no views except for the inner garden which is fine, i didn't have time to explore whether there was a pool or not but i believe they told me there was a gym! anyway the hotel is good for business trip and i don't recommend it for a family.

I stayed three nights in this beautiful hotel. The double room is clean, the bed is very comfy, the cleanliness is outstanding, the atmosphere is very welcoming and ambience. The pool is nice and protected, nice gym and workers always wearing a smile ready to help out.

Just returned from Ghana, stayed at Cresta Royale Hotel for 5 days. Nice, clean hotel, polite staff (except the ladies at the reception desk), reasonable price, excellent food, good bar, great snacks. The pool is small but great, especially for families with children. The wireless internet working well in the lobby. Art-craft market "just around the corner", the city centre is a bit far. Make sure you have cash on you (can exchange at the hotel's reception desk) as ATM's are hard to find (and if you do so, it might only be suitable for one type of cards only). The hotel accepts cards to pay your bills when checking-out. Also added photos earlier. Have fun!
