I had a very bad experience with this hotel that started when i entered the room, no tissue no towel, i tried to call the reception the phone is not working. And at approximatly 10 pm i was sleeping the safe alarm turned on alone. AC is not working well also , all was dirty

This hotel is not worth the money. It’s very dirty and questionable service and security. Spend your money elsewhere.

Stayed here in September 2021, and chose them based on the customer reviews; honesty it WAS NOT WORTH IT. AT ALL The hotel is way over-rated I am pained to say. The service is sub-par. Believe all the other negative reviews, it is simply bad customer service in this place. Added, the hotel is rapidly declining in infrastructure. Their Internet is very bad, the TV stations are non-existent although the rooms are manageable. Rated them 2/5 because it's in a busy business district so if you need a cheap (it's not even that cheap) hotel in the midst of the city centre, and you only need a place to sleep ... Then you may consider this hotel. Otherwise, PLEASE look for somewhere else. It's just not worth it.

The hotel's service was really worth every kobo i paid, the rooms were so comfortable, i felt like home, the meals were so delicious i wish the chef was my personal chef. i did not have any problem with parking. The staffs were fairly professional so there's need for improvement

Bedding and sheet are very old..
