Amazing hotel and views

New hotel very clean . The staff was amazing . They offer you cookies at check in. ( Take it , there good) the rooftop pool was very nice with a great view to downtown . The food in restaurant is pricey but worth ever penny ....absolutely amazing !! The room itself was also amazing .I Can not say a bad thing about this hotel bc it's perfect .

The hotel has a poor layout. You have to park behind the hotel. There are no other entrances to the hotel except for walking around the front. When you are traveling by yourself, this makes things difficult to transport your luggage, requiring multiple trips back to the car. The hotel is poorly built you hear slamming doors all night long. You can hear people talking and music playing, water running all hours of the night while you try to sleep. There is no rest or relaxation at this hotel. You cannot check until 3pm, they have 2 desk clerks and one is always on the phone, so you have a line to check in. The hotel was not full, I can only imagine what the line would have been if there was an event close by. The front desk staff lacks in customer service and personality. The only friendly person I saw was a member of the housekeeping staff. Way overpriced for what you are getting. Do not waste your time or money, choose another hotel.

Not good experience the bathroom door to difícil to close the shower don’t dint close and we found personal things from the previous guest not a good experience

The hotel manager was so gracious and remembered our names when we checked out. The rooms and shared spaces were clean and comfortable

The staff was so accommodating for every need we had. The beds were extremely comfortable. Superbly clean and inviting atmosphere. Definitely an exceptionally nice place to stay.

We loved this hotel. It looked brand new and was very clean and comfortable. The hotel restaurant was good, too. We will stay here again.
