The phots of this hotel is not accurate, I'd assume the pics used are from their opening week. 1. Overall, the staff was friendly, but lies with smiles on their face. They don't understand basic English, but will nod their heads in agreement. Paid for 2 weeks , left after first night. I humbly asked to charge me for the first week and allow me a refund for second week. Didn't seem they could afford to return my money. I left after first night. Just a horrible place and experience. I'm very sad My Great Father's ppl are treated like this at a hotel. $800 loss. You all should be ashamed. I won't go over everything wrong here, but will highlight a few. I will be speaking with our companies about this Hotel. As I tried not be be a typical tourist. I came to be among my Great Fathers ppl. I left feeling disgraced. 2. Pool was very nasty, looked like a bathing pool. Very very dirty with scum floating around. Even a dead rat, 4 hours later ppl swimming again in dirty bathing water. Female management says it clean cause the put chemicals. Get out of here. Drain clean and sanitize. If you can't afford upkeep then close. This was very nasty to do to your ppl and guests. 3. Menu prices increased without any reflection or proof. Maybe cause light skin ppl are treated as white and rich. Most all items on menu was unavailable. It's like false advertising in every aspect of what we pay for. 4. Internet. This was addressed as well the negative reviews 2 months before we arrived. Even 2 years ago, same issues. As reviews. No internet but told each day it's being fixed. Kinda funny ppl complain 2 years and same.issues when you arrive. Couldn't do any work. If you stay here. Hmm. Well.. take your your own chances. Money doesn't grow on trees.
