Hotel miteux de l extérieur les chambres xa va . Lit epouvantable... toilette à l odeur de qouffre . Le prix excesivement cher pour ce que c est . Personnel du comptoir hyper pro et agréable Personnel de nettoyage juste par contre le service laisse a desirer . Le plus, les boissons xhaudes ennlivre service a l' accueil

Staff was nice but unfortunately the room was not in good condition. The floors were wrecked and dirty all the taps including the tub leaked. The bed skirts were ripped. The stairs and hallway were very dirty! I was quite disappointed. Not worth the price. There were 2 messed up people harassing the gentleman at reception and us whenever we tried to go outside. We were traveling with our 2 kids and this made us very uncomfortable. The police were not called to remove them. They were still there when we checked out. Left us concerned for our vehicle. We honestly wouldn’t have stayed if we didn’t check in at 11pm and out at 7am.

They said check in 3 but when arrived they said 4. Our bathroom window was mouldy and could easily be broken into as it’s ground level. I believe they didn’t change the bedding as it smelt like a women’s perfume and found out the washing mashing is broken?? I paid over 200 dollars and was very disappointed….

Staff were friendly and helpful. Beds were horrible, felt like someone slept in the middle of the bed and my husband and I could not share a bed cause we kept sidling to the middle of the bed. Bathrooms where not updated in a while and had brownish makers to them. Overall ok but I would not stay again.

This is the 2nd time renting here (1st time for my brother) and then us. The rooms are not up to standard by any means, needs paint. Also no closet in #21 to hang clothes. You get what you pay for!

I put maid service sign out twice, first time found on ground, second time found in door stop. No restock of coffee/tea supplies, no garbage removal.

I would not recommend this place. The floors are not clean, the building is in disrepair and there was no hot water by 8am. The room was not done up, and I had to walk down myself for coffee for the morning. I told the night clerk that the room was not done and he said he had only just come on shift so he didn’t know anything about it, and that I should come downstairs at 9am to let the day staff know. So no responsibility either.

They dont get a room cleaned everyday if it’s reserved for several days and doesn’t even feel the need to change towels and stuff in the reserved rooms.
