Two office spaces provided including monitors, keyboards and mice. BYOL (bring your own laptop.)Free parking on site. Access to the house on a well maintained dirt road. Self check in through code provided on day of check in. You should expect quite a bit of privacy as there are only a handful of properties past this house on the same road. Parking for 4-6 cars available.This home runs on lake water year round. We have a great pump and filter that allows us to use the lake water for the washing machine, doing dishes and taking showers. We recommend using bottled water for cooking and drinking. Enjoy your stay on the picturesque Piscataquis River in Maine. You will enjoy 175 ft of private river frontage out your back door in a newly remodeled cottage. We are 25 min to the Moosehead region, 10 min to the Appalachian trail and the 100 mile wilderness trail head. There are many beautiful hikes, ponds, lakes, streams, ATV and snowmobile trails nearby to enjoy and the best part is coming back and unwinding to the rippling river, the crackling fire pit and the starlit skies.Our Cottage is a cozy home away from home. It sleeps 6 comfortably with 2 bedrooms plus a loft. We have a full kitchen, a washer/dryer in the unit and a beautiful breakfast bar that overlooks the river. We have 2 wall monitors to keep you cozy on the chilly nights and your stay include linens, blankets and the basic essentials to help make your stay a comfortable and enjoyable experience.
