對不起,一個有潛力和簡單的無維護空間,很少或沒有,不久我們就到了,我們被分配給電視不起的房間,房間裏有不可忍受的熱量,所窗是髒的。我從房間打電話到接待處,堅持,是15:30,沒人接電話,我搬到那裏,意識到那個配偶是獨自一人,工作很忙。(以及酒吧和游泳池的支援,只有1名工作人員去一家幾乎完整的住,因爲梅利德斯地圖的迷你GP在那週末出差,租了客房)。我問接待員,在我被分配之前是否有房間見過,說是(不可能和協也不知道),我被分配了另一個房間,這很明顯--終於......酒吧的區是游泳池,可的,他們甚至連天天出生時都沒有給子清理那隻子從山上的鳥兒,花園和周圍的地面充滿草藥。幾個顧客也在評論這件事,甚至一個孩子在草地上了這麼多,他在那裏有這麼多,父母向那不和心的酒吧/游泳池官員抱。要不回去, 那是那些具有殘酷潛力的地點, 只會一次走.

我們訂了這家酒店,從美國來不太瞭解,我們住了19天,這是一個很棒的酒店,人很好,很專業,房間很基本,就像我們找的一樣,很乾淨。早餐有各種各樣的麪包和水果,有雞蛋和香腸。咖啡很好,種類繁多。我會推薦給任何不需要花哨的地方,服務很棒,房間乾淨。感謝酒店裏頭的美好住宿。

Localização excelente, tamanho do quarto muito bom, cama bem grande e confortável. Pequeno almoço completo!

早餐很棒。友好的工作人員。養狗的環境很好，但是狗的裝備有待改進。提供的床和食物是為大型犬準備的。總體而言，這是非常積極的。

Nice room in the center of town. Near the Harbour, close to restaurants and great breakfast buffet.

I recently stayed at [Resort Name] and had an amazing experience. The location is fantastic, close to fine restaurants and outlets, with breathtaking sunrise and sunset views by the riverside. The crew's kindness and 24/7 availability made our stay even more special. The rooms were super nice and clean, with daily cleaning services. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and highly recommend it!

Awful hotel! Never stay here! This was worst hotel there we stayed. I choose it because of good reviews but my experience was different: 1. As we booked this hotel for my birthday we wrote message to hotel and asked for good room for couple with double bed instead of that we received worst room I've seen for years... First of all they gave us twin room instead of double. Nobody informed us about that. 2. Shower without lift (it was impossible to move it up and down. I've never seen such cheap and oldstyle system in hotels. 3. The shower is small (no ”rain”). Now I understand why there is no different pictures of rooms/baths - because hotel is in very bad condition... 4. Ceiling with stains. There was flood in this room (before we came) and they even can't make repair works? 5. Toilet leaks non-stop 6. The door to the toilet sticks (it rides but something is broken) but there is no handle and it cannot be closed, and it can only be moved by force (a woman cannot close the door to the toilet). 7. Sink as from the last century (not only looks as if it is 20-30 years old, but also uncomfortable to use) 8. The shower doors not moving properly. Looks terrible. 9. There are dead bugs and flies in Bathroom 10. The elevator does not work normally (it passes by but does not stop on the floor). 11. The staff uses the same elevator as the guests and so even if the elevator arrives, then staff is inside with a huge basket of laundry, towels, etc. and you can't even enter elevator. 12. The reception desk is all shabby and looks old. 13. After check in administrator gave us a card that didn't worked and we had to drive up and down with luggage. 14. To park your car, you have to spend a lot of time (the distance from the rearview mirrors to the posts on the left and right - about 15cm (with a high probability you will crash your or rental car). 15. To enter the parking you must go down the circular traffic down to 3 levels (the place of passage is narrow), and on the right side you can constantly see black paint from cars that hit the wall) - very uncomfortable. 16. Despite the pre-order of double bed gave two single beds (unfortunately refused to change) 17. Hotel is using ”Rituals” bottles in toilets but it's fake. There is usual cheap liquid soap inside. Maybe 20 years ago this hotel was good but today it's old and looks really bad. We were expecting the hotel management to offer some solution, unfortunatelly it didn't happened. Never stay here

Bom hotel, espaço da piscina muito bom e agradável. Pequena almoço pouco variado, mas com qualidade. Recepção agradável e muito atenciosos. Quartos pequenos, casa de banho pequena mas com uma varanda muito agradável.

好的:總的來說是一次不錯的體驗,我和妻子出差在那裏住了4晚。酒店看起來保存得很好,房間很乾淨。我們可以說,每天清潔人員打掃整個浴室。每天房間有淡水,免費。工作人員沒什麼可指出的,他們挺好的。真的是4-star酒店。不好的:我們只含早餐,因爲要花一整天的時間去上班。我們很早就到了餐廳,大約早上7點30分,這個地方絕對擠滿了一大羣人(我們可以說這是一個團體,因爲他們都是亞洲人)。第二天,我們不得不坐在外面吃早餐,原因相同(露台上有加熱器,但還不夠)。我們只在餐廳吃過一次晚餐。要麼是漢堡,要麼是健康食品和飲料選擇。我們點了BOWL DA ESTAO和SALMON POKE,沒什麼特別的,挺貴的。最後一晚深夜,隔壁房間決定開派對,音樂響亮,說話聲大,門砰砰響。我們打電話接待,他們迅速介入。(我認爲應該全酒店一般政策,把“商務”和“度假”客人分開。)

Nice room in the center of town. Near the Harbour, close to restaurants and great breakfast buffet.

Not a pretty looking hotel from the outside but very modern inside. Very professional staff and a high level of service. We had difficulty with the parking garage which was difficult to access and egress. Rooms were quite large, clean and comfortable with a small balcony and a small water view. We had lunch in their beautiful dining room which was a set menu of 20 euros, the food was excellent and very well presented, service was superb. Breakfast was superior with tons of variety. We were also given a free drink at the bar. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

This is a 3-star hotel masquerading as a 4-star hotel. The units that were recently renovated got the landlord special: the doorknobs were falling off the bathroom door, the A/C just didn’t work (the staff insisted it did, but we needed to open the window regardless), and the shower doesn’t have a proper barrier so water gets literally everywhere despite your best efforts. The rooms are tiny giving you no space to get takeout or eat a snack. There are plenty of tables downstairs and poolside but the staff insist you cannot bring outside food even though there is no restaurant using those tables and the tables have no use outside of breakfast. The rooms are expensive for the location and amenities. There is a pool but honestly you don’t come to Portugal to swim in a hotel pool. I’ve stayed at many hotels and I’ve never had a worse experience at a so-called “4-star” hotel. At least with 3 star hotels they’re cheaper and you know what you’re getting. We actually had a better stay at another local hotel last week. A large family suite with powerful air conditioning for far less than this tiny double bed room with a vent that blows oddly humid and slightly cool air.

One of the nicest hotels I have stayed at over many years in Europe. My opinion is not because of a spectacular setting or historic site but a very nice hotel only a short walk to the centre of town and right beside a park. The centre of town was surprising as it was very nice and vibrant. Our room was extremely large, there was a third bed we did no need. Tons of amenities like toothbrush…. Very clean and bright. A good breakfast with lots of choice. They helped store our bike for us. Staff were helpful and friendly.

Arrivati dinotte, dopo un lungo viaggio da Carvoeiro, il navigatore ci ha portati fuori strada, in una zona della periferia deserta e sicuramente inquietante. Ho chiamato la reception spiegando il mio problema di orientamento al buio, con il navigatore che faceva le bizze, ma la mia interlocutrice, evidentemente in altre faccende affaccendata, non è stata in grado di aiutarmi in alcun modo. Dopo vari tentativi, ho raggiunto l'hotel, chiedendo dove potessimo andare per cenare. La risposta è stata lapidaria: il nostro ristorante è chiuso, andate a cercare in città. Questa è stata l'assistenza ricevuta. La camera è grande e pulita, però non c'è neppure una bottiglietta d'acqua e nel bagno (senza bidet) c'è un solo asciugamano per il viso ed uno per la doccia. In compenso, le pareti sono così sottili che un vicino ci allieta con il suo ronfare. Buona, anche se non molto variegata, la colazione.

不錯的酒店,友好的工作人員,漂亮的游泳池和餐廳,位置很好。在陡峭的山坡上,有相當多的路,但如果您更喜歡不步行,他們提供帶您上/下的服務。早餐有很好的食物選擇。Sesimbra本身就是一個很棒的海濱小鎮,沿着海濱散步很可愛,有很多餐館和酒吧可以參觀。

Check in war umständlich und hat ewig gedauert. Die Mitarbeiter wirkten uninteressiert und waren zu uns nicht freundlich.  Gefallen hat uns nur der Balkon und der Pool, auch wenn es am Pool viel zu wenig Sonnenschirme gab.  Ansonsten merkt man dem Hotel das Baujahr 1966 an. Es wirkt extrem in die Jahre gekommen und runter gewirtschaftet. Es wurde scheinbar lange nichts reinvestiert in das Hotel. Jedes Zimmer einer deutschen Jugendherberge ist komfortabler und moderner. Eine Großbaustelle neben dem Hotel war das i- Tüpfelchen.... Wir waren sehr enttäuscht.

I was disappointed in my birthday celebration at this hotel recommended by family. There is very limited parking within the hotel garage or public parking outside. When I asked the hotel front desk, I was told “it’s complicated!” The front desk staff are friendly but did not seem able to be effective in managing problems with noisy guests next door, or guests smoking in the rooms. When I complained they told me it would better for-us to come off season as the hotel is extremely busy in August! The bed room size is spacious with a good balcony. There was a good bathroom although there was a water leak from the ceiling. This was fixed timeously by the technician. The breakfast was fairly mediocre and not to the normal 4 star standard expected in this country.

Our room was big and very confortable. Very clean . No one at the reception but it was easy to get in

Rated as a 4* hotel. In desperate need of upgrading and investment. Looking shabby and bathroom fittings delapidated. Breakfast very poor with cold meat and cheese selection curled and sweaty. Visited mid October. Almost no other guests. Rooms a good size but in-room lighting insufficient. Rustling plastic mattress protector.
