好哈哈哈哈哈哈哈哈哈，位置非常好，景色非常好，房間非常好，在半山。健身房也非常好！！！！！！！！！！！！

Personnel très accueillant et toujours prêt à rendre service ! Hôtel simple, chambre propre, literie confortable. Petit bémols pour la salle de bain (propre) mais qui aurait besoin d’un petit coup de neuf. L’hôtel se trouve sur un axe relativement passant. Pas très loin de la plage et proche de la « Rua dos pescadores » idéal pour se promener, manger ou trouver des petits souvenir. Je recommande sans hésiter !

Habitación limpia y muy nueva pero si vuestra idea es como la nuestra y es buscar un hotel pet friendly no me a gustado nada que ponga que “pueden cobr**** suplementos” mandes un mensaje al hotel diciendo que llevas dos caniches toy, al cual no tuve respuesta ninguna, y después de subir a la habitación y hacer el check in, me digan que necesitan hablar conmigo, que me cobran 20€ por la noche con estos dos perros, entiendo que cobren un suplemento por ellos, pero que sean claros en Booking.com y pongan su precio real, ya que no es lo mismo llevar dos caniches toy de 3kg cada uno los cuales no sueltan pelo por su raza, que un chowchow como el que vi en la recepción, o un pastor alemán que si tienen que tener una limpieza extra por el tema del pelo, no volvería por este tema, ya que al final el precio me salió como un hotel en pleno centro de Lisboa con las mismas características.

Arrival and Check in 3/5 On arrival we were not really helped with our luggage. The lady didn’t recognise our diamond status. After I reminded her that I would like the free breakfast. When we asked reception for advice on restaurants shopping etc they not been very helpful to be honest Rooms 5/5 The room are spacious very clean with a wonderful balcony. The sleep quality was exceptional. The only thing was the shower temperature did not remain steady throughout your shower. The housekeeping is good. It is great at last a hotel with USB B & C plugs by the bed. Thank you!! Breakfast 5/5 On arrival the first morning at breakfast it was clear reception had messed up with advising the restaurant breakfast was included. To the rescue came Vanessa. We left it with her she resolved the issue. No drama No fuss. The breakfast is fantastic. I have to say the breakfast team are a credit to this hotel. They helped us also with our questions on the local area where to get best pasteles etc. Dinner and Bar 5/5 The superb team at breakfast continues into night. The bar team of both Pedros made us fantastic express mi martinis. The whole team is super friendly. The buffet was adequate. When they run out of tonic water and Grey Goose the F&B Manager I think called Diego changed a negative situation into a positive one. For me is a Sign of great customer experience. A little treat awaited us on return to room. This nice touches show the staff listen to the clients. Spa and Pool 5/5 We only used the Internal Pool. The lane dividiers in the pool were dirty. They are not needed and should be removed. The cleanliness around pool was top notch Overall this is the best Crowne plaza I have ever stayed in. The staff at the restaurant are level I would expect at intercontinental. I would definetly come back. Bit more of customer service training and this hotel would be exceptional.

Adorei o quarto, pequeno mas bastante cómodo. Melhor cama onde já dormi num hotel. Wc muito moderna e prática. Estacionamento fácil. Localização fácil de encontrar.

可愛，靠近機場，辦理入住較晚，工作人員很令人愉快，她甚至來到我的房間幫我打開窗戶，但把手壞了，所以無法正常關閉。廁所、座椅鬆動……房間不錯，但開著窗戶會聽到一點馬路噪音。 早餐很棒，價格 9.50 歐元，非常合理，選擇很好，甚至還有新鮮的橙子榨汁機。如果你要趕早班飛機，請認真考慮這個地方。 上午10點退房毫無壓力👍

我們在那裏有一個私人房間,因爲我們想要自己的空間。照片裏看上去不錯。當我們到達房間時,房間很髒。牆上的污垢,洗手池周圍的牙膏和毛巾上有棕色污漬。我們沒有體驗到我們房間的私密性,因爲臥室的門下面有2釐米的縫隙,所以木地板上的所有郵票和所有來來去去的人(很多)除了隔壁的餐廳外,感覺他們在我們的房間裏。還有很多其他較小的東西,比如通風中的故障噪音和牀上的質量非常差。“含早餐”是白麪包、果醬和咖啡。最大的問題是浴室裏有許多黑色黴菌,例如淋浴器、淋浴玻璃和水槽周圍。兩晚之後,我們聯繫了工作人員,告訴他們上面列出的所有事情,我們想搬出房間去別的地方。所以他們告訴我們,我必須發送一封郵件,然後轉發給他們的主管,我確實做到了。我多次打電話、發電子郵件和直接交談,他們的上司不在,會聯繫我,但他從未這樣做過。我很清楚這不是五星級住宿,但這是您支付的任何住宿都不合適。我一直在全世界都住各種住宿,但這是我最糟糕的經歷。不僅因爲房間的情況,而且因爲工作人員甚至沒有試圖通過例如打掃房間來使事情變得更好,給我們提供新的毛巾,給我們提供新的臥室。我們在那裏支付了156歐元/晚。當客戶指出那些很差並且很容易被修復的東西時,只要修復它,至少要讓他們開心。

房間空間及衣櫥都挺大。被子不舒服，四面都開口不是包進去的，睡着就鑽進被套裏了身上蓋的亂七八糟。打掃衞生的服務很粗魯，在走廊吸塵就對着你門撞，還不止一下也不管有沒有客人在裏面，還有服務員開門衹敲門一聲你還沒來急回答門就被他打開。
