體驗優秀的酒店，有廊橋直通Felipe機場，設施很新，工作人員服務態度不錯，美中不足的是隔音一般 ps視排班，前台有個戴金邊眼鏡的小哥很帥XD ps的ps：早上週圍如果打不到uber，可以讓前台小姐姐幫訂

El hotel es bonito, limpio, cómodo, los muebles de las habitaciones muy bonitos, de línea. Creo que el hotel habla mucho todavía de glorias pasadas, de su parentesco con el popular y distinguido hotel Quinta del Rey de la Av. Tollocan, su casa mater; y se acerca peligrosamente al descuido y la falta de mantenimiento. Indudablemente que lo mejor es el precio, genial. se ubica muy cerca del aeropuerto de Toluca, que sin maleta, sin prisa y de día se puede ir caminando, aunque se ubica en el lado opuesto (tomando como referencia el boulevard aéreo). La ubicación y el entorno son feos, tiene en torno lotes baldíos feos, sucios, de muuuuy mal aspecto, y no está sobre el boulevard aéreo sino a 50 metros adentro sobre una calle absolutamente descuidada (de noche ultraoscuro el tramo). La atención formidable, te apoyan para solicitar taxi a la puerta.

我喜歡酒店頂部的 Terraza景色, 而且他們每天都有食物服務, 正面對着廣場, 如果需要交通, 肯定很快,服務很不錯,每個人都很友好,他們讓我覺得自己家裏,對他們的所有協議都很安全,終於回來了!

有規模的酒店，有meeting room and gym, 雖然只得4部機及啞鈴，但都很足夠，像是沒住客去用的，在1樓lift 左手暗門入，自己用才開燈，太空機運作很好，6:00 to 23:00 可用。房間舒適，很溫暖的感覺，電視很大，洗手間都大，雖然被安排在2樓尾房，是connective room, 晨早聽到隔離房的聲音，但都可接受的。感覺一般都被安排住2樓，因為2樓的lift 制被㩒到無色。5樓房層比較優雅。大堂是早餐範圍，很開陽。酒店位置超方便，shopping 及食店周圍都是，很有活力的城市。職員英文唔錯，在墨西哥來說，非4星級以上的酒店職員能英文溝通是很難得的事。

Unfortunately I am not staying in the hotel but go every morning to the hotel’s restaurant for breakfast, and for ice latte in the afternoon. The staff is amazing! Friendly, polite, attentive! Green juice is fresh and tasty, cappuccino is great, just like ice latte. I had avocado toast with poached eggs for breakfast, which was perfectly prepared, got some fresh fruits before. Really healthy and tasty for a really good price. The restaurant looks nice and has a chic vibe! I will keep coming back until I’m here on vacation. I also go the the hotel’s gym every day which is very well equipped and clean, has a lot of space and types to free weights, cardio and weight machines to use.

Obtienes lo que pagas, no más.Es junior, así que las habitaciones son más pequeñas, el baño no cuenta con secadora de cabello, tabla para planchar, plancha de ropa, sólo te ponen un rollo de papel higienico, un jabón. La instalación no cuenta con sala de juntas, sólo un par de terminales para trabajar o conectarte si no tienes o traes laptop, no cuenta con gimnasio, aunque te permiten entrar al del otro City Express que no es junior que está como a 900m hacia el sur. Afortunadamente el hotel cuenta con presencia de seguridad privada en su entrada las 24 horas, además de cámaras de CCTV en las entradas y elevadores, mismos que si tienen restricción de uso con la tarjeta/llave, aunque no probé si a cualquier piso o sólo al de la habitación asignada.

Me hospede una noche con mi familia y todo estuvo muy bien. Recibimos bien trato por parte del personal desde nuestra llegada hasta la salida, habitaciones limpias que contaban con calefacción y amenidades. Si bien la comida del buffet no es muy variada tenía buen sazón y los platillos eran suficientes para comer bien.

The architecture of the hotel is particularly beautiful: very generous halls and sitting facilities give a feeling of space and luxury. Everything is obviously very new and corresponds to the newest technical standard. The bedrooms are also large and comfortable. Large working desk, light, wifi etc also provide easy possibilities to work in the room, if wished. For my taste there is only one negative point: apparently all rooms have only showers (no bathtub!!!). For people who love having a bath this is, of course, annoying. The situation is worsened by the fact that in hotels on the American continent there is not even a hand-held shower. I knew this detail from U.S. hotels, but I was hoping to find something better in Mexico, since in my opinion Mexico has more in common with Europe than the U.S.A. I am afraid I was wrong in this point. The staff was very, very friendly and helped in every way. The breakfast buffet had a large variety of foods and drinks, including - of course - typical Mexican dishes. The hotel has its own parking garage (no charge), which is locked during the night. It is possible to park the car directly or request valet parking, your choice. Toluca has an elevation of 2660 m (8060 ft). In March at night it can get cold. I was pleased to find out that the thermostat in the bedroom functioned also as a heater and provided a pleasant temperature. I hope I will have the occasion to go again to the Doubletree in Toluca.

The hotel room is very clean and cozy, the breakfast is extremely rich and delicious, and the hotel staff provide very professional and attentive service. The hotel is in a great location, with a large supermarket just 50 meters away, making shopping very convenient. I highly recommend everyone to stay at this hotel.

環境不錯，地理位置也不錯，周圍都是商場和一些超市，餐廳也不錯，早餐單獨收費實際收費是365peso一個人，咖啡是單獨收費的不含自助餐裏，停車一晚上120peso，每次出去需要拿新的停車卡去前台刷一下，總體環境不錯，房間也很乾凈

Good business Hotel. Good location in the Naucalpan area. Excellent service from Johana at bar/restaurant. Johana was extremely attentive and hospitable with us. Rooms are clean and staff is courteous. Breakfast buffet is average. Do recommend the Hotel. Dinner menu is extensive, good good and reasonably priced.

房間雙床標準間，床很舒服，乾淨。有吹風機，沒有熨燙機。我們當時是沒有含早，去酒店早餐吃了319比索，一人好像一百多人民幣，要定含早的。 周圍環境很安全，靠近獨立柱，走路可到。周圍有個公園，對面街道繁華！有樂隊唱歌的，氛圍很好。也有很多街頭小吃，都是TACO，不算貴，也不便宜，20多人民幣。 很安全，值得住，如沒有更多預算，是還可以的。 另外，洗衣服幾件也不貴，80多人民幣。 都是要給小費的，提了行李的給10到20比索；餐廳吃飯一般給15%，挺多的啦！ 來墨西哥外出就UBER，不過比國內貴！ 但是比坐粉色出租車好！粉色出租車載客嚴重！千萬不要做！除非你西語超六！對路況非常熟！

位置：酒店的標誌不是很明顯，去參加展會的時候，住了2晚，周邊便利店多，但是中國人去那邊要注意安全。我出去都是使用攜程打車 設施：有個燈壞了，不過我也沒有讓酒店修，樓下有廚房，可以自己簡單的做放。但是酒店沒有配拖鞋 服務：一般 衛生：一般

早安,我住在託雷奧旅館好幾天,我也不繼續到酒店,因爲亞歷克斯和海德伊在接待處的工作人員和耶和羅裏戈在酒店的轉會上都非常感謝大家以他的注意力

我在這裡住了一個星期。這家旅館很有吸引力而且非常乾淨。房間很大。遺憾的是這家餐廳沒有更好，因為那是他們失去星星的地方。我訂了一晚客房服務、法式洋蔥湯和凱薩沙拉。他們送來的湯不是洋蔥。裡面有魚，沒有洋蔥。凱撒沙拉淹沒在調味料中，以至於無法食用。另一個早晨，我步行到餐廳，與服務員點了早餐，早餐是包含在房費裡的，可以透過客房服務送餐。他很高興地接受了訂單並告訴我10分鐘。 30分鐘過去了，還沒到。我打電話給客房服務部。他們表現得好像從未聽過這個命令。我又點了。有人提醒我，早餐是包含在內的，但小費是額外的。是的，我給了送魚湯和沙拉的人小費。顯然，這對服務沒有幫助。
