As others have mentioned this is a rather quirky hotel but we enjoyed our stay. The location is very convenient, breakfast was quite good and our room clean, comfortable and fairly large. The staff at the front desk were extremely helpful and friendly, the breakfast manager was equally as pleasant and attentive. Although there are small elevators this probably isn’t a great choice if you have mobility issues.

酒店就在日內瓦湖邊，直接可以下到湖邊步道散步，離火車站和遊船碼頭也很近。房間很大，設施很好，在陽台可以拍到雪山，湖景非常漂亮。乾淨衞生，早餐豐富，前台接待人員也很熱情。我們到的時候已是半夜，絲毫沒有不耐煩。

Good location very close to the railway station, restaurants etc and a short hop on the metro either downhill to the lake or uphill to the centre of town. One of the nice check in 'gifts' was a public transport pass for the length of your stay....handy. Rooms are a little bizarre in design and don't take a cat as you won't be able to swing it!!. Bed very small, low and uncomfortable however walk in shower in the small partitioned bathroom very good. Breakfast OK ish. Think you pay a premium for the excellent view of the lake. Reception staff very good and helpful. Nothing special about this place but handy, very clean with good staff.

我們在瑞士大酒店度過了美好的經歷。它與火車站隔街相望。辦理入住手續完美無瑕,我們能夠提前入住。我們有一個房間,有一個陽台,可以俯日內瓦湖。我們向幾位工作人員詢問了去的地方和方向,他們知識淵博,對我們很有幫助。當我們試圖傳達我們想去的地方時,他們從未讓我們感到匆忙。牀很舒服,房間很寬敞。酒吧和餐廳很忙,但我們沒有在那裏吃飯,因爲它有點貴。我們在隔壁的 Fleur des Pains 吃了早餐,那裏有很好的糕點選擇。我們一定會再住在這裏

So gut wie in diesem Hotel habe ich auswärts noch nie geschlafen. Das Design ist schlicht, einfach uns sehr stylisch, genau nach meinem Geschmack. Das Frühstück war einfach und lecker, es hat alles was man braucht um gestärkt in den Tag zu starten. Mein Zimmer war klimatisiert und ich habe trotz Baustelle keinen Lärm mitbekommen. Das Personal hat mich von Anfang an sehr freundlich empfangen und war sehr hilfsbereit. Ich kann diese Hotel wärmstens empfehlen und werde es bei meinem nächsten Aufenthalt in Lausanne auf jeden Fall wieder buchen.

Un des hôtels lausannois du Groupe 'Fassbind' situé dans la montée du Petit-Chêne. Une chambre suffisamment grande, simplement mais joliment meublée, avec un soupçon de design. Une petite terrasse dont je n'ai malheureusement pas pu profiter au vu de la température hivernale, un espace de rangement adéquat, une petite table et chaise pour l'espace salon.  Pour le prix payé à ce moment de l'année (CHF 98.-/nuit de vendredi à samedi), rien à dire, vraiment très bien. Voici quand même quelques suggestions d'amélioration : Des inscriptions pour l'enregistrement reçues en anglais, bizarre... Un système qui vous propose de vous enregistrer à l'avance mais qui vous dit finalement que si vos données ont bien été transmises mais que l'enregistrement n'est pas possible et ce même dans la tranche-horaire à partir de 15h00, bizarre... Plateau-bouilloire posé dans la salle de bains, un peu bizarre... Sol de pierre froid en hiver pour la salle de bains et les WC, offrir des pantoufles en tissu... Devoir prendre 2 ascenseurs différents pour accéder à sa chambre, pas idéal...A mon arrivée dans la chambre l'après-midi le radiateur n'était pas enclenché, il faisait froid...

The location of The Freddie Mercury Hotel worked well for us. Despite being nearly attached to the Montreux train station, it was set back from the main road and on a quiet street in the centre. Very easy to walk everywhere in Montreux from the hotel. There is underground car parking (EUR25/night and best to request when reserving a room), but the entrance is a bit tight into the car elevator and large cars / vans would have difficulty maneuvering even in the parking garage. The quad room on the 4th floor was very spacious! A large king sized bed, plus two twins, plus a sitting area with two chairs and a small sofa. All felt very clean and like a modern “boutique” style hotel, though the shower room felt slightly too small for 4 people. (The toilet was in a separate room.) We were told there was “no AC but all the rooms are ventilated”, but it stayed cool enough with the metal electronic metal blinds down during the day so we didn’t need the AC. There’s also a desk area along the window…over looking the train tracks. Even number rooms faces the train track and odd number rooms face the lake. The hotel is a new training facility for the nearby hospitality traininig school. Hence, the more reasonable prices in an area where hotel stays can be quite pricey. Despite the “Freddie Mercury” name, it’s really more just some photo history of Freddie on the walls and not much else. Still, the hotel offers a very good value in terms of its quality and main services. Breakfast (EUR18 per adult, EUR9 per child) each morning was served until 10am. Buffet style, nothing fancy, but there was always a good selection of cold meats, cheeses, salads, cereals, yogurt, breads, croissants and whole fresh fruit. Along with hot options of eggs and hashbrowns, plus coffees, juices, and a water refill pump. We had the pleasure of meetimg Mr Zampetti, the hotel manager, and Swift, the front desk manager. Both were very professional and pleasant in sorting out an issue with one of our rooms. We loved the Montreux experience and would definitely stay at the Freddie Mercury hotel the next time we visit…for its quiet yet convenient location, its value for money, and for the courtesy of its staff.

這個酒店竟然沒有通知我們衹訂了一晚。因為升級別人代訂的，我們也不知道第二晚換去別的地的了。酒店就這麼讓我們多睡幾一晚 第三天退房的時候要我們付900瑞的房費💔

最近開幕的現代酒店。它位置便利，靠近法庭和醫院。房間裡的暖氣很給力。乍看之下顯然佈置得很好，看起來漂亮又舒適，但是房間裡的燈光很差，床邊沒有USB端口，浴室設施很差。我的房間沒有熱水，無法洗澡。廁所沖水的設計很糟糕，每次沖水時都會從廁所流出。一個惡夢。

Je cherchais un hébergement pour 2 nuits pour un stage ayant lieu à 30min. Réservation faite via le site. Le personnel de réception a été super ! J'ai pu modifier ma réservation sur place en passant du dortoir 4 places à une chambre individuelle en complétant par CB sur place. Parking très pratique. Dîner et petit-déjeuner sur place avec un choix correct pour une auberge de jeunesse.

Rooms were extremely clean with comfortable beds. Staff were amazingly friendly. They made us feel home! I definitely recommend this place for a nice break, and the city has a small-town feel to it. Loris from the Concierge was very delightful and helpful, and helped us make the right choices around exploring the city/ area.

We.stayed three nights at the Moxy Lausanne! It is a very comfortable, unpretentious, fun, hotel in the Flon district of Lausanne. The rooms are very small, but the prices are comparatively reasonable. The common spaces are great, and their breakfast buffet well priced and of very high quality. The staff were accommodating, friendly, generally interested in us as people and their guests. They did a super job of making us feel welcomed and valued! Hospitality at its best! The bar serves also as the front desk, and is centrally placed in the commons area. Super efficient and friendly check-in. Welcome drink even! We also tried some of their cocktails, and they were all excellent. Flon is a former industrial zone of Lausanne that has been converted to an entertainment district with a large variety of restaurants, clubs, cafes, sidewalk cafes and much more. The nightlife is excellent!

出門就是日內瓦湖，離火車站不太遠，走路就到，地點好，條件好，唯一的不足是不提供早餐，本來訂了兩晚，因為改變行程，臨時取消一晚

交通很方便，從火車站出來乘坐公交車一站到達酒店。非常感謝給我們升級到了辦理入住的五星酒店，前台服務的小姐姐很友善也很熱情，入住的房間寬敞明亮，除了沒有牙刷和牙膏外，有拖鞋和其他洗漱用品，而且洗漱用品高檔。有個小插曲就是因為預約入住時雖然申請了兩個人，但是衹預留了一個人名，因此衹給了我們一張travle pass，在參觀西庸古城的時候需要另一張交通卡才能打五折，好在通過電話溝通得到了另一張交通卡的號碼。希望辦理其他人入住的時候注意到這一點。總的來説是很滿意的入住體驗

Mettendo in presupposto che in Svizzera, i costi sono il doppio che in Italia, ho optato per questo ostello. La sua posizione era buona per quel che dovevo fare e il prezzo era il più basso, prendendo un posto letto in un dormitorio (poi nessun altro era in camera con me e allora...che fortuna!). Avevo anche la colazione compresa. Un'altra cosa positiva è che questo ostello partecipa ad un'iniziativa che ho già incontrato in altre parti della Svizzera: ti offrono una card che ti permette di usare i mezzi pubblici gratuitamente e ti permette di avere sconti in alcune attività, musei, ecc. Quello che mi è piaciuto poco è stato che nessuno è presente prima dell'orario stabilito di checkin. Quindi se ti capita, come è capitato a me, di organizzare il tuo viaggio in un paio di giorni e arrivi prima dell'orario ”fisso” e magari vorresti lasciare il tuo bagaglio (o magari usare questa bellissima carta del turista...), bè dovrai buttare il tuo tempo ed aspettare...perché nessuno è in reception. Tra parentesi: la maggior parte delle attrazioni limitrofe chiude un'ora dopo l'orario di checkin. Quindi la carta quel giorno, ve la potete dare sui denti!

This hotel is not worth ONE star! The so called ”breakfast” is cheap food in old buffets and a dark, dirty room. THREE old PIECES of cheese and formed ham, as cheap as animal food, is NOT a breakfast, that is simply FRAUD! NEVER TAKE THIS AS A HOTEL!!! It is a kennel on street level. Without blends in front of the window, with damaged bath-insides and damaged furniture insed. It is a CHIZ to every custumor expecting THREE stars! We had THREE little dogs with us, and they charged 45 CHF for ONE room to clean, which was NOT clean before! (I got enough pics of that situation!) We were charged with 248 CHF for a dirty, hot, MOULDY room, CHEAP bread in the morning, a DIRTY and DUSTY dining facility and an extremely unfriendly ”manager”. NEVER again! Deutsch: Dieses Hotel ist KEINEN Stern wert! Das sog. ”Frühstück” bestand aus BILLIGEM Brot, spärlichem Massen-Aufschnitt, INDUSTRIEGEKOCHTEN EINGEFÄRBTEN Eiern, und ALTEN AUFGEBACKENEN GEBÄCKSTÜCKEN. Jede Jugendherberge ist sauberer und macht ein Bufett, wie angekündigt. Das war KEINE 2 CHF wert! (Fotos vorhanden!!). Das Geschirr, wie die Vorlege-Utensilien waren alt und kaputt, der sog. Speisesaal staubig und muffig, das Brot vom BILLIGSTEN WAS MAN SICH VORSTELLEN KANN! Wir haben für 3 Hunde für eine ANGEBLICHE Reinigung von EINEM Zimmer 45 CHF bezahlt!!! Für DREI Stücke ALTEN KÄSE, FABRIKWURST, BILLIGTOAST, aufgewärmte, zusammengesammelte Backstücke und eine UNTERIRDISCHE Atmosphäre dort 52 CHF!!! Für das Zimmer mit VERSCHIMMELTEM BAD, SCHRANK, ohne richtige Beleuchtung sowie KEINE Gardinen- EBENERDIG ZUR STRASSE!!! 160 CHF!!! DAS IST EINE DER MIESESTEN ABZOCKEN UND ABSTEIGEN, DIE ICH JE ERLEBTE!!!!!

Quindi se ti capita, come è capitato a me, di organizzare il tuo viaggio in un paio di giorni e arrivi prima dell'orario ”fisso” e magari vorresti lasciare il tuo bagaglio (o magari usare questa bellissima carta del turista...), bè dovrai buttare il tuo tempo ed aspettare...perché nessuno è in reception. Tra parentesi: la maggior parte delle attrazioni limitrofe chiude un'ora dopo l'orario di checkin. Quindi la carta quel giorno, ve la potete dare sui denti!

This hotel is not worth ONE star! The so called ”breakfast” is cheap food in old buffets and a dark, dirty room. THREE old PIECES of cheese and formed ham, as cheap as animal food, is NOT a breakfast, that is simply FRAUD! NEVER TAKE THIS AS A HOTEL!!! It is a kennel on street level. Without blends in front of the window, with damaged bath-insides and damaged furniture insed. It is a CHIZ to every custumor expecting THREE stars! We had THREE little dogs with us, and they charged 45 CHF for ONE room to clean, which was NOT clean before! (I got enough pics of that situation!) We were charged with 248 CHF for a dirty, hot, MOULDY room, CHEAP bread in the morning, a DIRTY and DUSTY dining facility and an extremely unfriendly ”manager”. NEVER again! Deutsch: Dieses Hotel ist KEINEN Stern wert! Das sog. ”Frühstück” bestand aus BILLIGEM Brot, spärlichem Massen-Aufschnitt, INDUSTRIEGEKOCHTEN EINGEFÄRBTEN Eiern, und ALTEN AUFGEBACKENEN GEBÄCKSTÜCKEN. Jede Jugendherberge ist sauberer und macht ein Bufett, wie angekündigt. Das war KEINE 2 CHF wert! (Fotos vorhanden!!). Das Geschirr, wie die Vorlege-Utensilien waren alt und kaputt, der sog. Speisesaal staubig und muffig, das Brot vom BILLIGSTEN WAS MAN SICH VORSTELLEN KANN! Wir haben für 3 Hunde für eine ANGEBLICHE Reinigung von EINEM Zimmer 45 CHF bezahlt!!! Für DREI Stücke ALTEN KÄSE, FABRIKWURST, BILLIGTOAST, aufgewärmte, zusammengesammelte Backstücke und eine UNTERIRDISCHE Atmosphäre dort 52 CHF!!! Für das Zimmer mit VERSCHIMMELTEM BAD, SCHRANK, ohne richtige Beleuchtung sowie KEINE Gardinen- EBENERDIG ZUR STRASSE!!! 160 CHF!!! DAS IST EINE DER MIESESTEN ABZOCKEN UND ABSTEIGEN, DIE ICH JE ERLEBTE!!!!!
