我們在克拉科夫的懷斯賓斯基酒店住了5晚。真的不能挑這個地方的毛病。我們在4樓有一個可愛的大房間,牀很舒服,他們給我們留下了免費的瓶水。酒店位置優越,靠近老城區,主要市場廣場,一個大商場和其他許多景點。工作人員都非常友好,自助早餐很好吃,有很多選擇。我們在酒店餐廳吃了幾次晚餐,食物很棒。酒店的酒吧裏備有波蘭伏特加,總的來說,我們度過了一段美好的時光,肯定會再呆在那裏!

酒店可愛乾淨,房間很基本,但每天都打掃得很好,每天在房間裏喝咖啡和茶和瓶裝水,我們的孩子住在隔壁的房間,我付了3間臥室的費用,但它只有一張沙發牀,有點小。早餐很可愛,有很多選擇。酒吧工作人員友好,幫助全接待非常有幫助酒店距離主要城鎮約3英里,我們得到了一輛出租車,每條路大約是4.00,但在繁忙的時候更多!

WiFi: Good quality, reliable connection. Cleanliness: Very good throughout the hotel. Comfort: Comfortable beds and pillows; however, the towels could be improved. Staff: Polite and smiley, though could be a bit more engaging. Food: Enjoyed the mocktails, but breakfast could use a wider selection of fruits. Location: Excellent, close to the tram stop Cystersów, just 2 stops from the main railway station and 3 stops to the city center. There is also an underground parking available. Atmosphere: Modern, industrial vibe. Value for Money: Good option for a short stay, offering excellent value near the city center.

I arrived at the hotel around 10:00 pm after a long journey - I was greeted with information that the system was down and it was not possible to check me into the room I booked and that I had to wait in the bar area. Fortunately, the complications did not last long, otherwise it would be reasonable to offer at least a glass of water while waiting for the problem to be solved. However, this is a detail compared to the point: in the room I had no way to turn off the fan, which was so loud that I couldn't sleep. I reported the problem at the reception the next day and asked to turn off the fan - I received information that at the moment there is no such possibility, because the person responsible and able to do it is currently not at work. As a solution, I was offered earplugs, which are very uncomfortable for me to sleep in, but as they say ”better than nothing”. I was hoping for a shade of relaxation during my two-day stay, and as a result I left the hotel with a headache. Two nights of sleep deprivation, annoying ”humming” of the fan in the room and the inability to open the window = drama.

We spent 3 nights here and the staff were very nice and helpful. Due to flight issues we didn’t arrive until 1am but the hostel responded to emails quickly and efficiently and the self check-in process was easy. This hostel is great for all travellers whether it’s couples, families, friends or solo particularly as it’s safe and a code is needed to enter every time with your own room key provided. Rooms were very clean with no issues regarding uncomfortable beds or lack of sleep. Location is excellent as the old town is only around a 5 minute walk away and there are a few supermarkets on the same street as the hostel just in case you need a snack! The kitchen was available to everyone with free usage of the fridge (for your sandwiches/ drinks etc). We found the baggage storage room very handy (which is also free until 8pm). This was an excellent hostel that we highly recommended. Thank you Lorf Hostel&Coffee.

Πολυ ωραια εμπειρια . Το καλυτερο ξενοδοχειο με φανταστικο πρωινο και φοβερη θεα απο τα δωματια στο ποταμι και το καστρο. Πολυ καθαρα δωματια με πολυ ωραια διακοσμηση. Το μπαρ στον τελευταιο οροφο εχει τρομερη θεα και απιστευτα κοκταιλ. Το ιταλικο εστιατοριο πολυ νοστιμο

Great hotel in a quiet suburb of the city. Staff were great, room was spacious and clean. Stayed on a BandB basis which worked well for us as we were out early exploring Krakow. Easy to get to from the airport, 15 to 20 minutes by car. A short walk to the tram stop for the tram into the old town, which is around £5 for a day card with unlimited use. Food for breakfast was nice with a huge choice. Location may not be for some people but it worked for us as it was quiet at night but easy to get into the main city to see the sites. Would use it again.

Idealne miejsce na wypad do Zakopanego! Klimatyczne wnętrza, ponadczasowy design oraz kuchnia, obok której nie można przejść obojętnie. W hotelu znajduje się najlepsza restauracja w okolicy - MARILOR! Obłędne dnia z najlepszych, jakościowych produktów. Bywam w Zakopanem, co 3-4 tygodnie i nie wyobrażam sobie pobytu bez odwiedzenia tego hotelu. Warto również zwrócić uwagę na SPA, które podczas ostatniego pobytu mnie urzekło, świetna obsługa, indywidualnie dobrane zabiegi/masaże, nic nie musiałem mówić - wszystko zostało odczytane z moich potrzeb. Doskonałe miejsce, dla tych bardzo wymagających :)

Hotel is a beautiful historic building, decor is charming. Room and bed were good, however TV came on mysteriously in the middle of the night 2 nights in a row waking us up! Shower is diabolical - not only did the door come off it’s tracks every time we touched it but the shower nozzle wouldn’t stay in the hook so you had to hold it in your hand the entire time. Water took a very long time to heat up. Location excellent , we liked that the window could be opened and didn’t mind the street noise. Rooms were clean and presentable. Staff very helpful and pleasant. Loved the restaurant - food was excellent and service great - sadly it was only open for 1 of the 3 nights we stayed. Used the pool and sauna - very nice, however the attendant wasn’t overly helpful.

Beautiful hotel located in the heart of Zakopane. Rooms are spacious and well-appointed (though pillows are a bit flat). Resort facilities include pool, saunas, whirlpool - all included in room rate. On-site spa offers various treatments (massage, facials, etc) for reasonable fees. Breakfast buffet offers very good variety. I would have rated this place excellent except that accessibility is an issue. For example: access to some floors requires both elevator and stairs. Access to dining room has stairs and a very steep ramp.

We like this hotel...this was our 3th visit here.this hotel is very good,good possition - near ski area,perfect food/restaurant and great wellness. But during our last stay we were quite dissapointed - 1.cleaning services wasnt good (we had to ask them if they can put our trash away from our room after 2 days) and 2 issue we had with kids club - opening hours till 7:00 pm - I think it can be longer, They were finish with kids attraction 2 hours earlier than are closing time, and plugs in kids club are not safe - its quite danger. I hope they will change these things in the future because this place deserve it - because its beautiful place for winter holiday.😉

週末和家人或朋友一起超級運動,我真的很喜歡溫泉區和酒吧,雞尾酒真的很好吃。位置也很好,因爲可以到達中心。好和友好的工作人員他們可以幫助你找到並幫助得到你想要的👏 推薦🥂

Idealne miejsce na wypad do Zakopanego! Klimatyczne wnętrza, ponadczasowy design oraz kuchnia, obok której nie można przejść obojętnie. W hotelu znajduje się najlepsza restauracja w okolicy - MARILOR! Obłędne dnia z najlepszych, jakościowych produktów. Bywam w Zakopanem, co 3-4 tygodnie i nie wyobrażam sobie pobytu bez odwiedzenia tego hotelu. Warto również zwrócić uwagę na SPA, które podczas ostatniego pobytu mnie urzekło, świetna obsługa, indywidualnie dobrane zabiegi/masaże, nic nie musiałem mówić - wszystko zostało odczytane z moich potrzeb. We like this hotel...this was our 3th visit here.this hotel is very good,good possition - near ski area,perfect food/restaurant and great wellness. But during our last stay we were quite dissapointed - 1.cleaning services wasnt good (we had to ask them if they can put our trash away from our room after 2 days) and 2 issue we had with kids club - opening hours till 7:00 pm - I think it can be longer, They were finish with kids attraction 2 hours earlier than are closing time, and plugs in kids club are not safe - its quite danger. I hope they will change these things in the future because this place deserve it - because its beautiful place for winter holiday.😉

Hotel has a good location. Rooms were ok, fine for our needs and as a base for skiing. Small pillows and duvets but extra pillows asked for at reception who were always friendly. Breakfast is varied and tasty. Hotel corridors always too warm for us but we regulated our room temperature by having the balcony door slightly open. Pool and hotel tub were decent. Would stay again. Some very nice restaurants within a short walk.
