Good Classic grand hotel in the canal, it’s very traditional and old, slightly expensive but with really beautiful views and direct access to the main areas They keep the traditional vibe and style with amazing breakfast, attentive staff and a beautiful bar , great for a Venetian getaway

Great hotel in a fantastic location. Venice is expensive but this hotel is worth the cost. The bedrooms are clean, comfortable and classy. The breakfast experience is quite pretentious but nice. The staff have a lot to learn about dealing with the average person who save to santy in such a hotel but the building and location are amazing!

Firstly, if it’s a five star resort, why did I have to call three times for toilet paper and then wait a tremendous amount of time to get it The sink underneath had garbage in it and mostly when I checked in I had such a tremendous cold vibe by the supervisor as they did not honour my rate that I booked online And made me pay a lot more and then I wanted a cot in the room which they made me pay for when I was told it would be free. One of the rooms that I had booked, the phone was not even working and I had to go to my other room to make calls down to get waters and toilet paper. The front desk supervisor should be fired if they don’t make guest feel welcomed right from the beginning.

A return to Venice after a many year absence. The hotel was clean and well maintained. The restaurants were very good. Service was prompt and professional. The canal-side terrace restaurant was quite memorable. The roof top bar was picturesque. We are already planning a return.

My wife and I decided to go to Venice for our honeymoon. She dreamed for a long time and I made such a gift to her and myself. We arrived at the Bauer Palazzo Hotel. They put us in a cozy room. For the price by the way one of the cheapest 100 euros others were around 200 and up. We liked this one 5 floors like a mini palace. The staff did a good job and I have no complaints. Did not want to leave the beauty of Venice is mesmerizing. Of the minuses, only that the boatmen swim near the hotel itself and make a little noise. On the whole, we are satisfied with the trip. I recommend.
