Amazing amazing amazing! I have no words for this experience! The staff is super friendly, rooms very clean, delicious breakfast, the room is super well decorated, good WiFi, there is a nice pool with music and they even offered us a welcome champagne witch was totally unexpected and very cool! They called us on WhatsApp to let us know when a package had been delivered and even offered us to leave it in our room while we were away. Super nice of them!!! They were doing night movies while we were there which is super cool and they were also doing a pumpkin decoration competition for Halloween and asked the guests to vote for our favorite and I think it was very fun!! They are super super friendly all the time!!!!! The best service and ideas to entertain the guests. I would certainly come back to this hotel in my next visit to Orlando! :)

Truly the best place we could've chosen to stay at. Lovely from start to finish, zero complaints! The staff definitely care about this place and the effort they put in shows. Breakfast is nice, everything's clean and comfortable, we're looking forward to our next stay here!

The room was ultra-modern and spotless. There were lots of amenities and a great breakfast. Service was very good. I would recommend.

It’s like being in a mini resort. The hotel checks upon you for your needs and the staff is really friendly and thoughtful. I will go again. The rooms and beds are AMAZING and really clean.

I was so skeptical after seeing the reviews from a few years back! But I can truly say we had an AMAZING experience. From the owner helping us take breakfast up to our room, to maintenance coming within 5 minutes to replace batteries in a remote. To the front desk offering toys to our son. To the fishing on the dock with the GM on the morning of checkout. Not a detail was missed.
